TSMC has something like 15 fab plants in Taiwan. I'd be surprised if they ship sooner and most likely they'll have to go to China and then from there to Switzerland. I'd also be surprised if they handle them as multiple jobs each week. More likely by the time the job gets onto the production line they'll combine them to save changeover costs and run them as one big job. But I'm guessing here. Who knows how chip fab production lines actually work?

I will distribute them to developers on demand proportionally, i.e. if I get e.g. 50 sample chips per batch ordered (speculation), I can forward one sample per 200 chips anyone paid. I'll charge the effective shipping costs as announced in OP for that.
