Don't wait too long to buy... https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2018-04-26/pantera-s-morehead-says-bitcoin-is-a-screaming-buy-videoFew interesting points: 1. Panthera is most definitely the oldest bitcoin and crypto focused hedge fund. 2. They are currently 90% long, 10% short in crypto space (now have more positions than just bitcoin). 3. Says that btc is undervalued 10-100X until fair value. 4. Projects up to $40 trillion in crypto in about 10 years, compares to $9 tril in gold and $100 tril in global M2. (see starting at about 5:40 or so) Nice.

This one took a lot of patience but I'm pretty happy with the result. It's a reflection on the current mood (and I missed the first over 9000 celebration due to work) So true, that reflects it perfectly lol On another note... I have always wondered if there are a lot of professional graphic designers on this thread or if it is just a (very devoted) hobby for some. I have about 60 years of computer graphical design experience. That's why I can draw graphs like this: ___/ I got this far: ~~~ When I get as young as you I hope to do better though. (may require a way back machine)

On the 1h we look to be entering a consolidation zone. I had thought this rise would coincide with the weekend but Bulls appear to be ready to test resistance at $9.3k. As we step back and look at the 4h chart, testing $10k this weekend looks like a possibility. #dyor @infofront Thanks man..the sarcasm aside, I am quite honored actually.

He seems like a guy who always tries to be on the winning side. He just made an erroneous prediction when siding against Bitcoin.

Even though the idea seems appealing, I don't think that there are very many viable lawsuits that could be filed, unless you could get bcash classified as a security with the SEC, then perhaps some of those SEC related obligations could apply. Otherwise, what would be the grounds of such lawsuit against bitcoin.com.. portraying itself as coke when it is really pepsi? I might get more excited once I see some legal document that is filed, and see what is being alleged. or otherwise, if someone knows about a decently solid set of allegations that might have some teeth for either damages or injunctive relief, I would be interested to hear those... otherwise such lawsuit, if it were filed, would likely go no where, right? The lawsuit can only be successful if it's proven that someone lost money due to his deception. How many people have actually been fooled? Out of those, how many of them lost money? If there were any people dumb enough to have been fooled into bcash, and lost money on it, they're probably not even going to hear about this lawsuit. Even if the lawyers manage to sign up people who were stupid enough to buy bcash, and realize losses, it's not over yet. Roger's [highly paid] attorneys would stand a very good chance of being able to convince some ignorant judge that Bitcoin Judas is entitled to use the Bitcoin name for his fork. TLDR: The lawsuit is going nowhere. Part of my earlier point was that people being fooled is not enough for a valid cause of action..... even for basic common law fraud type allegations - there is a principle of buyer beware in common law... (aka caveat emptor). Further bitcoin is not trademarked nor copyrighted nor patented, so using the name and saying that you are the real bitcoin is likely not enough, either... There would have to be a showing of intentional and malicious knowing deception - and that might not even be enough without using securities law - and Bcash would have to be deemed a security (which does not create a private cause of action, anyhow, as far as I know (meaning that the SEC is the only agency empowered to bring such a claim)).

About that second chart, don't you think that there could be one or two bigger rebounds before hitting the 10,5-11? I've seen a lot of people in TradeView saying that some big players could benefit from a dump to 8k to recharge their wallets and pump straight up to 14k. I mean, today's correction was expected by most members I've managed to read through here in the forum (not the prices exactly, but several dudes were feeling uneasy about the ultra bullish uptrend that followed after the 8k break), wouldn't a similar feeling hit the market if we did manage to break 10k in a rush?

Roger lives in Japan, they need to follow Japanese laws with a good lawyer, the more you pay the better they get. Making a statement and getting more media exposure to people about Bcash scam.

JJG: many countries have consumer protection legislation. It doesn’t need to be securities fraud for someone to go to jail. Ordinary, everyday fraud works too.
And it doesn’t matter if Roger is in Japan if his marketing efforts are directed at locals.
