<snip>

I don't even had the time to buy corn yet  Embarrassed
I hope it's not mooning again in the evening  Roll Eyes

^ Wouldn't worry too much about that rn Grin

I kinda panicked and bought [fiat] on the way down (which was fine, as I needed some of that CHF shitcoin for real life expenses and I was sure it will be rather lower than higher on my due date). My problem is that I couldn't resist to BTFD and I bought back more around the local bottom today so I now have a ~15% more BTC but still almost no shitcurrencycoin for upcoming bills).

In the end I'll probably be selling mid-twenties to cover my invoices and will get less shitcurrency than just sticking with my fiat purchases in the mid-thirties. Then again, I DGAF!

Currently ~10x of my avg buying price, but still sucks (actually it always sucks to buy fiat). My problem is that I am really fast buying corn, but I have a very hard time to let go of them when the time would be right.

Anybody in for a Ramen group order (I reckon we can get it a bit cheaper buying a large quantity together...)?
Otherwise that's fine too, I can often take home some half-eaten hamburgers and sometimes I get some fries too that some fat kiddo dropped on the floor (5second rule applied). On a good day the half hamburgers I can take home have the cucumber already eaten away by the customer, these are bright days for this HODLer.

I guess now would be a good time to go into hibernation until 2024, I have a certain feeling were done for this cycle with uppity.

Birthday this weekend, who likes my cake Smiley

Happy birthday indeed, but I have a question did you get all your bitcoin back in this dump? If so, I'd say you got a pretty good birthday present to go along with the cake.

I have bought a significant amount back. Still have dry powder left for lower Wink

WoW!
Happy Birthday, LFC_Bitcoin (Advance)!
First I didn't understand its cake. I realized this after reading your Caption. The Cake is pretty nice. It has confused me.
Don't look at the market now. Just enjoy your time.

UST’s Do Kwon Was Behind Earlier Failed Stablecoin, Ex-Terra Colleagues Say

Quote
Basis Cash, an algorithmic stablecoin project founded by the anonymous “Rick” and “Morty” in 2020, was actually the work of Terraform Labs employees.

Quote
Revealing the real name behind an online pseudonym (even a long-discarded one) is not a decision CoinDesk takes lightly. Our default position is to respect the privacy of pseudonymous actors with established reputations under their well-known handles unless there is an overwhelming public interest in revealing their real-world identities.

In this case, there is such public interest as Kwon’s UST stablecoin death spirals, wreaking havoc across the broader cryptocurrency market. Amid this precarious situation, investors deserve to know that UST was not Kwon’s sole attempt at making an algorithmic stablecoin work.

What an absolute knob that Do Kwon fucker is.

I have known zero about Luna, or UST (obvious affinity marketing) or him until now.

I am a laid back guy that values mercy over judgement, but I honestly hope he loses everything including his freedom.

The story that is NOT being talked about yet is lost in the significant chaos we are seeing as the dust settles.  This was NOT an accident.  The was a CAREFULLY planned, and very well funded attack.  Meant to produce effects on multiple assets, and used to tremendous advantage by the planners.

That Hoskinson jack-handle also needs to be immediately investigated as well, as he is might be in on it with all the smoke he is blowing.

The good side of this is, though it will be used to try to delegitimize ALL of the "space" it is going to just strengthen Bitcoin's security and image in the end.

Blood in the streets people. Time to buy. Yeah the paper losses suck, but they are just that, paper losses. In a couple years they will be paper gains again.

We may drop further down, to the 200WMA for instance, but every time that has happened in the past it has been the perfect entry point. It's at these times that big wealth is made.

On another note I must say it has been a pretty amazing (or devastating) last 24 hours. Attack on Luna (because they deserved it for their stupidity) and, more interestingly, an attack on Tether. The Tether attack is definitely an attempt to crash everything IMO. The FUD against Tether has been ongoing for years and my guess is the attackers were hoping to capitalise on that. Seems to have failed, but may not be over yet.

That could of happened with that move down to 24k. If not I think it will be pretty soon.

Just thinking out aloud but I reckon when we start seeing decoupling from the stock market the capitulation has been and gone.

LUNA down to $0.02.

It's funny, but I do feel for those who have lost all their money on it. I know it's their fault for buying shitcoins, but the scammers running these things deserve way more blame.

Just thinking out aloud but I reckon when we start seeing decoupling from the stock market the capitulation has been and gone.

Look at the massive 24 hr sell volume. Could it easily be replicated? HIGHLY unlikely.

The thing about capitulation is this:

1) When it is actually happening, and even in the weeks following while it is recovering, the doomsayers are still saying the market will go lower.

2) In hindsight months later, people wistfully acknowledge "Yep, that was it actually. We were wrong." By then the market has jumped another 10-20%, often times more.

This is THE chance to buy at or near the bottom.

This is what the whales want, them buying up the bottom like crazy whilst the n00bs sit on their hands scared shitless of the market.

If I had any significant dry powder available, I'd be a massive buyer here.
