Newspaper have but one purpose to a thinking man, and that is to read between the lines, what they do not say is just as important as what they do say, and what they do say is to be analysed , and dissected for the underlaying narrative being pushed... and then , with a context of the historical understanding of the situation, decoded.

It is a curious fact that you can point to propaganda in history, and people can recognise it, but that people seem to think that propaganda is just something that "used to happen" or that "happens to other people" and then fail to recognise that they are also subjected to propaganda , and that propaganda is very much alive and well and kicking and all around them,  all the time TODAY.


"Newspapers" are NOTHING more than another "source" , and the information given by them is to be treated as such, dissected, decoded, taken into context, both historical context, and of the broader subject matter that have synergy with the topic(s) in question.


If you see something in "the newspapers" and automatically believe it , without any critical thinking, or background understanding, or context..... then you are doing it wrong.


And yes, being able to spot what is NOT being said, is just as important as reading what IS being said (which makes having historical context of the subject matter all the more important)

ps- Also, in this 24/7 news cycle we now live in, as the quantity of "newses" has gone up, the quality has gone down, and these rags are all so hungry and desperate to keep up with each other, and the news cycle, that nowadays even tweets=newsworthy. lol

Kinda near my birthday

I expect big things from the fallout of the next halving. I dunno if our last bull run was diluted due to the fall out from what COVID did to the world economy. We did not have a blow off top like after previous halving’s.

I really think $250,000+ will be the price of 1BTC at some point in 2025 (obviously it always takes a while for the supply shock to take effect on the price post halving).
We will get the fireworks that we were promised in 2021.

Now is a good time to buy but I am waiting for lower with a large stack of fiat.

Here is a perfect example of modern media including newspapers ignoring some really important info. Why do only 1 in a thousand people die from covid in Hawaii and Vermont

and about  4 in a thousand die in ten worst states.

This info is never talked about by anyone but me  which is weird since it is true and suggests that there is a better way to fix covid than vaccines.

I can give you the answer 200 mill people vaccinate 4 times than 2 times a year comes to 1.2 billion shots at 20 a piece is 24 billion bucks

Treating a sick person with a week of antiviral pills means maybe 20 million bottles of pills at 20 a bottle means 400 million bucks.

All the facts are true and pretty much perfectly viable yet they are not presented by media.

BTW both Hawaii and Vermont are heavily gay and lead the nation in percent of people taking aids anti virals.

• Ruble keeps rising against other currencies whilst Europe promises to buy less Russian energy and ultimately switch it all off. I bet the Ruble will reach heights not seen in decades.
• Inflation out of control in the UK, nearing 10% soon, interest rates rise again but they are still low.
• No signal the west is going to delay its green policy fantasy. Too much money is being scammed I bet.
• Mass Ukrainian offensive against Russia, using the given / loaned / bought weapons from the west won't happen till midway through June.
• Decision soon on Finland and Sweden joining NATO. Russia to celebrate their 9th of May holiday with a lot of rumours the war in Ukraine can be made official, escalate or draw to a close as the military operation could be deemed as successful and complete? (The latter was an old rumour and I don't see that happen anymore)

Bitcoin probably won't rise under these circumstances I reckon, even though it should as it is the only flight to safety for assets in an environment where the governments have basically decided you should all be poorer because our policies come first.

Regarding the bottom, it seems that we have 3 higher lows 28K, 34K and 37K. Unless WW3 starts, I don't see how this trend will be broken and 30K revisited. The bad news is that despite the supply shock, the derivate market remains a major threat to any significant price increase.  When it will  be enough to overcome the gravity of the derivates is hard to predict. Wall Street and SEC are doing everything possible to suffocate the price. I'm sure that 100K and then 300K will come at some point, but may be not so soon.

P.S. Sub 39K again. Another blow to the high leverage longs. They NGMI unless they lower the leverage to ... 1 The other option is to hang themselves after the gazillionth liquidation. Hodlers dont care

Regarding the bottom, it seems that we have 3 higher lows 28K, 34K and 37K. Unless WW3 starts, I don't see how this trend will be broken and 30K revisited. The bad news is that despite the supply shock, the derivate market remains a major threat to any significant price increase.  When it will  be enough to overcome the gravity of the derivates is hard to predict. Wall Street and SEC are doing everything possible to suffocate the price. I'm sure that 100K and then 300K will come at some point, but may be not so soon.
