Bored ape yacht club (BAYC) and Mutant Ape yacht club, the two most expensive NFTs and many other NFTs are in danger. In April 2022, the floor price of BAYC was 138 Eth, mean ($450,000+). There's a protocol named Bendao. It's a smart contract that gives out loans against your NFT. They will give a 40% loan instantly based on the floor price of the NFT. So in April, many people took this opportunity to take loans by submitting their BAYC nft. They got 68 eths instantly. The problem is they never paid back their ETH. Right now, the floor price of BAYC came down to 69eth. Soon It will start liquidating itself on auction, causing the nft market to collapse pretty badly.

For now August is no words leave it 2013 was the blowoff top year and there were 4 bearish months. Next year was bearish and there were 4 bullish months. Next cycle 2017 was the blowoff top year and it had 3 bearish months. Bear started in 2018 and the number of bullish months was 3. Now the most interesting part: let's assume the cycle is still 4 years long and we had the top in 2021. There were 6 bullish months and 6 bearish in 2021. So that means that we'll have at least 3 bullish months and just one bearish in 2022. But it also means that 2021 was not bullish but half-bullish half-bearish. And if we look at the graph, 2020 suits the definition of a bullish top year more: it only had 4 bearish month like in 2013 and there was a substantial growth late in the year (three last months).  What's going to happen next? |
