Get your fiat cannons ready, gentlemen.
Now that virtex closed down, I got no where to fire the fiat cannons, You can always meet with Jimbo and sell your coins back and forth all day while laughing about how nobody and nothing can stop the Bitcoiner.

Well.. the price hike could probably because the Chinese are celebrating their New Year until next week. The big farms are on holiday and just let their btc stack up until everybody returns to work. Then it'll be a selldown.
I hope... haha

It seems like the government of the USA is slowly starting to hunt down illegal Bitcoiners: http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-atm-shutdown-regulation-vermont/"The agency has asserted that those involved with the machine were “knowingly engaging in a money service business” without a license, and as such, could face up to three years in prison. The $85,000 estimate includes a fine of $10,000 as well as $1,000 per day in administrative penalties."

How many bitcoin exchanges shut down without owing anyone any money? Only CAVIRTEX! They haven't paid out everyone yet. A lot of people are still waiting to be sent their BTC, LTC and fiat... ~~~ And I don't trust QuadrigaCX. I tried two small, but non-dust, BTC deposits with them that never did show up and have heard absolutely nothing from them after sending them email and support tickets several times.

Really? is that what the world has come to? What next, clandestine BTMs tucked into backs of shops behind curtains like speak easies of the prohibition era? Ffs if this doesn't scream totalitarian facism what does?

Now that virtex closed down, I got no where to fire the fiat cannons, Virtex hasn't closed down yet. In fact if you happen to still have fiat there, there are bargains to be had. People are panicking because they stopped BTC withdrawals for security reasons. It's kinda the opposite of MtGox 2 summers ago. Where do you live? Most major cities have ATMs. My closest neighborhood ATM upped their commission from 5% to 7% recently but considering Virtex's extravagant fees and the banking costs of transferring money there, it's a small price to pay for anonymity. Virtex was my last resort. Too much government-pandering nosiness.

Now that virtex closed down, I got no where to fire the fiat cannons, Move. It's too cold up there anyway. I hate to admit that maybe Octaft is right. You come across as an illiterate, bigoted redneck. Maybe if you'd added a smiley, I might have given you the benefit of doubt and thought you were kidding. You probably do as much for bull credibility as Rawdogletard does for bear credibility. Sigh.
