ItBit avoided the need for a BitLicense by instead applying for a trust company charter, which appears to come with even stricter regulations. It is the first trust company to be created in New York since the financial crisis.

possible but unlikely, IMHO. We still have one more U.S. Marshals auction to go and if we get a major push into overbought conditions, we will be vulnerable to a bear counterattack.  Organic growth takes time and sentiment doesn't change on a dime. There will still be many bargains on the road to recovery.

possible but unlikely, IMHO. There will still be many bargains on the road to recovery.

Bitcoin isn't really big on organic growth though.
