With Consensus reached wouldn't it be time we get above the $500 mark this week?
Consensus is reached every new block since 2009.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "consensus."

BTC price is going strong still despite of the sell orders that was triggered when it hit the $450 mark. Lets all hope that there'll be a new floor brought to us by the 'consensus'.

The title is slightly misleading talking about miners, but the article is clear enough - developers and pools representing a majority of miners have agreed a roadmap. They've got consensus in as much as they've agreed the roadmap. But it's not until that roadmap is complete, and miners* can be seen to clearly support a hard-fork that consensus in the Bitcoin-protocol sense occurs. * and nodes? I used to be a miner, long ago, but never really paid much attention to nodes.

Well, if you feel that a bunch of pool owners meeting behind closed doors with Core reps & signing a stump speech document makes for consensus, I guess it's moon time
Edit: Please read the thing that was signed, and examine each item on the list. Even if we construe this as a legally binding document, what, other than "[limit won't be more than] 4MB," did Core commit to? What did the miners?

I guess it depends on what you mean by "consensus." The poll results look like two wolves and a lamb voting what to have for lunch.
