Nobody appreciating Blockstream corporation's new acquisition?

http://www.coindesk.com/blockstream-wallet-greenaddress-sidechains/
Blockstream is a giant decentralized stream of blocks and private individuals. You should stop thinking of it as a corporation.

Looks like 656 is the new 666.

i guess theres some truth to that... even the "CEO" is unwilling to speak on the behalf of his "employees"

My charts tell me the price will bottom at 1984 Yuan, so that's $297.42.

Whether it bounces from there is up to TPTB I guess.

Too bad Adam lost his whale status.

Things were a lot more fun back then.

Those are dumb-ass charts if they are telling you sub $300.... sounds like real pie in the sky.

We gotta get through several support points to being even close to striking distance of even sub $500, and you are suggesting sub $300... ---yeah right.   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes  Can we snap back to the real world, just for a moment?

This is exciting.

All the puzzle pieces are coming together... Elements Sidechains are orthogonal, yet highly complementary to Bitcoin's value proposition... I hear.

Green Address has been a staunch supporter of Gregory's "avoiding scaling" roadmap from the beginning, nice to see them get their deserved cut of the VC booty.

Do you have 2 accounts to talk to yourself???  Cheesy

I'm just wondering why everyone seems so bearish? We've been going in this sideways channel for what seems like two weeks. I think we need some doom news to go down; I just don't see it happening. I think best chance for a flash crash will be around 8/1 depending on what happens, if anything, with the chinese mining cartel. I recognize that no one believes a 2mb HF is still on the table, and they are probably right, but I think it's important to recognize the societal and cultural disrespect heaped upon the miners... Gonna get interesting I think... (DISCLAIMER: I am a biased 2mb big blocker who is skeptical about SW/LN and who thinks that any substantial change should be as a HF not SF).

The problem is that we have too much good news to go down! ... Smiley All the turmoil in the world and disasters in the world seems to be good for BTCitcoin.

*Edit:  The latest pumps come from the latest Yuan devaluations, I think like 2% it devalued. And 2% for the 2nd world economy, is a lot of money. But the real reason of the devaluations are because of the floods that took place in China. And it is almost funny if it wasn't so terrible! Because even the weather is rooting with BTCitcoin!  Cheesy

I'm a dull, unexceptional man, of slight means and modest expectations.
But in my dreams, I'm wild and free ... as a bird! to roam with my Roma clan in my quaint colorful Gypsy caravan, bewitching the burghers with my drunken Gypsy dance, befuddling them with my dark Gypsy witchcraft, and ... whoa!! where's your wallet?! Where is it? Presto magico, bitch burgher! Abracadabra. Your wallet is gone!

You think we'll break 660 today? We're kind of due for an uptic.

We are due for something.

Either an uptick or a downtick.  We have been floating in this arena for several weeks, at minimum..  and really fairly low trade volume levels that are nothing to write home about... so I say, either direction... but then we may be "tortured" with continuing flat - which in the end is not really a bad thing, either.

So... this is your alter ego then? ... When you want to express your high on drugs thoughts?? LOL ...  Cheesy

And the next 12 hours will probably ping pong between $655 < $660$ > 666$ ....  And if it breaks 690$ ... that's the point of no return.

I hear sidechains that use a different mining algo will pull infrastructure investment away from bitcoin's mining infrastructure, which lowers the overall security of the parent chain, and has a depressive effect on the price.  Undecided

Bottoming in bitcoin hashrate have offered best buying opportunities in the past ... dyood but this is where big money gets made.

In the old days we called it "time to mine or time to buy?" ratio.

Huh, did you just say dyood? Like totally cowabunga man. Cheesy

I echo your inquiry, fine sir or sir-ette!

Indeed, discussion of the consequences of the HF of the-coin-that-shall-not-be-named is directly applicable to any possible HF of Bitcoin. And discussion of a HF of Bitcoin is directly applicable to Bitcoin price movement.

Though it may not be Adam with the heavy hand?

Bitcoin, subjected to a HF, is No True Bitcoin. It is an altcoin. Therefore, discussion of hardf*cking Bitcoin is nothing but filth and perversion, verboten; >>>/altcoin/.

P.S. It's not Adam.
