The situation is quite dramatic but most of the noob traders think everything will be alright and the price will go up indefinitely. Everything in this world comes to an end, including the upward price of bitcoin. Especially, when bitcoin will cease to exist in its original form. I don't see how all exchanges will label segwit 2x HF bitcoin as BTC or just 'bitcoin' provided that core nodes exist and some pools are mining the non forked bitcoin (even a POW change is quite possible at some point). I don't see either how all exchanges will label the legacy (non forked) bitcoin as BTC if the majority of the hashpower is on 2x HF and they got the longest chain. The situation is a stalemate which will put an end of the bitcoin era. The 3 new bitcoins will be just altcoins which are not the real bitcoin, so their price will remain low and subject to a lot of pump and dumps in 100-300$ interval.
ANOTHER "death of bitcoin" assertion. What count is that 536 deaths, so far, and 321 speculated future deaths? Will you nutjob FUD spreaders ever learn? I suppose, you get paid (maybe even in bitcoin) to spread this nonsense speculation, that is only weakly connected to actual fact and logic. |

I don't see how all exchanges will label segwit 2x HF bitcoin as BTC or just 'bitcoin' You don't see because you don't know. The fork is already labeled. The symbol will be B2X. We shall have BTC and 2 forks: BCH and B2X. Next forks are most welcome! Free money is always good. |

Well, I don't know if it is quality FUD or not, but I am actually quite concerned about this next fork, just the opportunity Ver and his cohort need.
The 2x? Well, by when that could be a problem either it will not or we would be already at 10K so.... I need something more inmediate. Also, after the BCH helicopter money airdrop I don't think the market is too scared about such forks. Btw, 1694 blocks until Segwit activation. |

Just use the Dotto indicator. One rocket in the thread means nothing. If you see one rocket plus one train in the same page it begins to smell bad. But if to the rocket and the train, you see the Salma Hayek boobs, then, you are fucked.
One train and 2 salma hayeks (four boobs in total) is the signal to inmediatly short

$3690 Stamp is a short term Fibonacci projection (or extension.) On the monthly chart the longer term extension is $4400; then $7079. |

Definitely worth it. Makes things easy and secure to boot. So glad I got mine when I did as the price has gone up recently. Looking to possibly get another to split my stash up. |

I assume this market is still being affected by coins being off exchanges due to the fork, which turned out to be a terrible decision for anyone who did it completely. I do hope it doesn't overshoot outrageously. Anyway I still don't get Salma Hayek and it's clear I never will. Let's have Cliff Richard instead. Just as incomprehensible but far more wholesome.  |
