Or Roger Ver.  Grin

Those of us who hold both BTC and BCH have gotta be loving this. Combined they're worth $5475USD/$6805CAD.

I bought my first coins for $68CAD each. That's 10,000% profit. Bitcoin has been berry berry good to me.  Cool

huge dump incoming i hear

Just to make you all aware what sort of joke this guy is.  Cheesy

Confirmed
We need that DIP, please continue that plan. Before going again to $4900.

This is a good start for tye first day of september, hopefully more good news will come.  Smiley
Trust bitcoin it will reach the $4900 - 6000 price range before the end of this month and for the dip that will happen this weekend.
Smiley

Hah totally forgot its weekend, wow look at this weekend dump!!!

I was considering this as a likely scenario as well, just before the BIG P. Do you guys think it's going to eventually happen? I'm mostly a bear yet  Grin

Edit:I guess it's too early to know

Well, it certainly beats my stash!  Cheesy That's what I get for being a dabbler. However, I do make slightly more per year than 9 BTC. But with the way things have been looking lately, 9 BTC will surpass my yearly job income very soon. Yeah, I know, I'm languishing in near poverty.

I didn't mean to imply I'm any better off. But it's important to keep your composure around rich folks.

Most of the Bitcoin whales are Lower Upper class right now.( The nouveau riche.) No need to treat them like royalty.  Cheesy

The story is that he lost 700000 XMR worth about 20500 XBT on his Apple laptop. I am not a fan of Apple and its EULA's but this has to be a record for a click on "I agree".

Edit: I used GNU/Linux on a laptop that I bought from a surplus government auction to make this post .

I too am curios about the details. I liked Ristos posts back in the days. More info please.

I too am curios about the details. I liked Ristos posts back in the days. More info please.

He lost all his Monero, his wife divorced him, and he went completely, batshit crazy (again). He was apparently having quite a bit of financial difficulty, and was indebted to a bunch of people, so he may not even have many BTC left.

It's too bad. He seems like a pretty good guy most of the time.

Yeah, he did indeed seem like a nice guy. Didn't he own a castle in Estonia?

Aaarghhh what the hell bitcoin cash!!! Why are you going up? Any News? not like Bitcoin is going down... are stoopid banksters and friends confusing the two?

They are just making me extra rich both together  Grin
Is BCH really going up? In real terms (I mean, price relative to BTC), it looks more like sideways to me.

Is there such a thing for Monero? I get the impression the wallet situation is less than ideal.

I thought he got hacked from mymonero.com, which is a web wallet, but not certain.
