Good morning Bitcoinland.
Seems we're consolidating around $4k... currently $4022USD/$4942CAD (Bitcoinaverage).
AltcoinCash creeping up ever so slowly at $474USD/$582CAD (Coinmarketcap).
After the quick recovery from $3k to $4.1k, a little breather is a good thing before continuing the climb upward.
Bitcoin's failure to crash in price despite the announced closing of China's big 3 exchanges has to be seen as extremely bullish.
We can all be grateful for the recent buying opportunity and thankful that our coins have already increased in value.

What is the correct response? "Amen" or "And so say we all"? Today on the radio they broke from weather to announce the spot prices of gold and silver and Bitcoin the digital currency. I couldn't believe my ears, really. This is about as mainstream as it gets.
Have you bought an extra big bag of candied apples from that sweet big crypto windfall yet?

Dump BCH holdings entirely for a considerable windfall.
The game theory of a rough consensus attack is that you either dump both and walk away to cut risk entirely, or hold both if don't want to sell for whatever reason.

Your game theory is shit.
i've never met anyone who could tell me what a game theory was. it's usually used by assholes to look complex and clever. they don't know either.

pretty please give me oct 1st in the all time high competition. because it is my birthday and also i think we are in a uptrend that started down at 3000. we pullback a little to create a nice channel up that seems will have a good chance of hitting all time high level on the 1st. (also it is my birthday which is very lucky as i have chinese relatives only thing that stop us is mining ban in china but otherwise the trend will take us there. more reason would be that i think the rsi resat on the big 3000 selloff and it can go for 10 more days now before being so called overbought. if 1st october is not available anymore please give me first available day! you are the man micgossens!

Also without decentralization, blockchain is just a stupid distributed database.
You should have been reading the conversations between me + Anonymint + Smooth + Fuserleer and others over the last 4 years in the altcoin section. None of this craptocurrency stuff has any value unless someone is actually able to solve the problem of decentralization, but it's not a solvable problem. All you can do is create a Rube Goldberg machine to obfuscate what your centralized system is doing. Haha.... you're all a bunch of self-important, self-aggrandizing quasi-intellectual hacks that have gone from being fervent Bitcoin supporters to buttcoin wannabes like JStolfi. And yet you still spend every waking moment trolling Bitcoin forums. I'm sure that you'll soon use your amazing powers of superior rationality and logic to conclude that only work units stored and transferable via telepathic brainwave is the only "truly decentralized form of money." Be careful... all that powerful thinking just might make your abnormally large head explode.

Most of the time, good is good enough for nature. It won't be any different for cryptocurrencies. Anyone waiting for 'perfect' decentralisation will wait for a long time. Meanwhile, the rest of the world moves on and enjoys the fruits of this new technology.
