Gox lag down to 30 and pushing towards 800. We finally have china usd parity.

Gonna have to say I'm surprised that Gox handled it (so far).

Maybe this wasn't so much a price "correction" as much as a re-calibration of the main exchanges. Obviously too soon to tell.

well its considered MUCH less volume ..... lol and its not a crash

April was 80k BTC dump....

What the fuck? Coinbase is out of Bitcoins?

"Due to higher than normal buy volumes, we are unable to provide exact price quotes right now.

Instead of pausing buys entirely, we decided to give people the option to purchase bitcoin at the market price in a few days. Once your USD funds arrive, we will exchange them to bitcoin at the market price at approximately Friday Nov 22, 2013 at 08:54PM EST.

Note that you can cancel your order at any time up until your bitcoin arrive from the transfer history page.

The market price of bitcoin changes frequently. Below are some recent prices to give you an idea. These do not guarantee what the price will be in a few days."

It is hard to manage stop loss orders.

They can be tripped and make it seem like others are making an exit on the market.

EDIT:

Do not me fooled into letting your precious BTC go for less then what you have set for yourself.

Bots, market order, stop losses....at this point I don't know how people can trust computers to make their bitcoin trades. Just set a price and adjust as need be.

The fact that it didn't capitulate there means we could be in for sky high figures this week now. That was a test. The market stood up to it.

Low volume shake up.

Most of the orders were pulled and not sold into.

Low volume trades.

We're not out of the woods yet. When Gox crashed in April it took hours to discover the low.
