Coinbase Acquires Blockchain Analytics Startup Neutrino

United States cryptocurrency exchange and wallet Coinbase has acquired blockchain intelligence startup Neutrino, according to a post published on the company’s blog on Tuesday, Feb. 19.

Giancarlo Russo, its CEO, previously worked as COO of HackingTeam, a Milan-based outfit with a scandalous reputation. Described by Verge as “the first sellers of commercial hacking software to the police,” HackingTeam’s spyware enables clients to engage in a huge number of surveillance activities.

These include the covert collection of emails, SMS messages, call history and address book data, as well as keystroke logging, phone tapping of Skype calls and even data about cryptocurrency wallet usage.

I hate to attempt to speak for majormax (but I have no morals.. hahahahahaha).... Anyhow, I would expect that majormax is going to need BTC prices to go above $5k for a while and perhaps even $6k before he is going to be willing to call the bear market as "over"...  Another scenario that might allow for calling the end to the bear market would be relatively flat BTC prices for about a year.. without any new bottom below $3,122.. then maybe that could be enough.. but then we have nearly 9 more months for that kind of alternative scenario to play out... Would be nice to get a majormax update, but I suspect it is WAAAAY too soon to be asserting end of the bear market from his perspective.

I was seriously considering proposing a "WO Lightning Channel Crew" thread - discuss making public and private channels between ourselves. Discuss game theory, etc.

Ultimately recognized it would not be possible to do so without breaking OpSec due to needing to expose an IP. Not willing to risk that, at this time.

I don't use TOR for performance reasons.

If you become a "trusted (LOL)" Guard Node then I think your performance will be just fine on the tor network.

Well I don't know about the 90's or prior, was too young & too smashed up at that time.
That said, the last 15 years have been tough on them. Not only them of course.

Nations have their cycles, much like everything else - nothing is forever.
Humanity owes a lot to the Egyptians imho. For thousands of years it was the central market (route) of the world.
Don't be discouraged by the mere milliseconds in history - in terms of our lifetime.
