I think B is more likely, a wider (longer) cycle. I don’t think it’ll be as volatile as A.

 It's a knock-off of an opera glass (monocular) from a bygone era.  Not useless but there are better options now though not so cool.  They were produced by King optical in the late 1800s.  I think this would pair nicely with V8s leather cloak.
