Coin Desk: Traditional Money Could Be ‘Surpassed’ By E-Money, Stablecoins: IMF PaperA new paper from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) suggests that cash and bank deposits could be left behind as digital money and fiat-pegged cryptocurrencies see greater adoption.
Banks should be able to stage a fightback against such payment upstarts, offering better services or similar electronic money products, the note continues, but policymakers are warned that some disruption is likely within the banking industry. Even so, banks are likely here to stay, as firms offering these new payment methods may move to become banks themselves and use their data advantage to offer targeted credit.

For the 3rd time in BTC's history the 200 DMA is overtaking the 350 DMA signaling with even more certainty the beginning of a new bull market. https://twitter.com/hgruschinski/status/1150749925715714049Whatever everyone's charts are saying..... I'll bet its the same old story for me... Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride Theres something wrong with Grand Cycle 4. Dont get me wrong! I love bullish charts. But it seems they are trying to accomodate that 1 and 2 lines (Elliot Wave?) to follow the recent price movement. They didnt need those lines to explain past price action within Cycle 2 & 3.. What i mean.. we have no f%&ing clue how this price will evolve. 2019 is different from years before. We are more mature (well.. some never grow up). Maybe times are accelerating. "This time is different". No point to use past data to interpolate future price.. Long term is bullish as usual. But trying to guess what our honey badger is doing next, its impossible. I prefer to sit close to Mic, and enjoy the ride.. go BTC go!

Theres something wrong with Grand Cycle 4.
There is nothing wrong. It will be just more like GC2 then GC3. I mean how will chart look. Price increase will be of course smaller then in both. Most likely smaller from GC3 for the same factor as was in GC3 smaller from GC2. We will have bumpy road ahead. And we should all pray that Trump stay president until elections. He will not let recession happen until then.

I want to share this with WO: I show you an extension for the browser that allows us to update the page automatically Auto RefreshIt works very simple, a small drop-down icon where we adjust the update time. So you avoid the update with the mouse or with F5, you work with different times in each tab. The best configuration is if you work with 2 or 3 monitors, you can leave the page updating the time "x" on one monitor and work with the other 2. If you have set a very short update time and want to reply to a post, you must stop the automatic update, because if you spend more time writing, the page will update and you will lose the text. Each one can adjust the time according to their needs, probably many of you already knew this type of application, but I am sure that some members do not know this application and it is really comfortable not to update manually. Google Chrome General description:
Automatic update is the best extension to update on a timer Automatic Update is a simple extension that updates a page automatically in a given interval. There are many extensions to do this, but this is the simplest and easiest to use and allows customization! You can customize the default time and have separate timers running for all your tabs.
Set your update time by clicking on the update icon in your toolbar, setting the minutes and seconds and pressing start. You can stop the timer at any time by pressing the stop button. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/auto-refresh/ifooldnmmcmlbdennkpdnlnbgbmfalkoOf course you will find something similar for Firefox or Mac, look for: Auto Refresh (name of your browser)

Interesting. There is no real opposition between cryptocurrencies and banks in a conceptual level. This opposition only appears in a political level, because the "old guard" of bankers cant adapt to the new technologies. As I already said before, politics is a bad thing, and bitcoin should stay above it.

Don’t quote him, talk about or mention him or even throw colorful shade at him. (ignore button optional but I myself don’t bother with it) Because that’s what makes his pee pee hard. He will eventually get bored and go away. Meantime the nukings suffice.
I know who you're actually talking about, yet its still unfortunate that roaches are built to withstand nuclear war.

Good morning Bitcoinland. I see we've lost half of what we gained yesterday... currently $10462USD/$13642CAD (Bitcoinaverage). At least we're still in 5 digits (for now). Answer quickly: how do you like your martinis?
Very dry. Sapphire. Up. Shaken. Twist of lemon. Oiled rim. Large. Shaken? You'll bruise the gin. Martinis should only be stirred with ice and then strained into a well-chilled glass, preferably but not necessarily a stemmed conical cocktail glass. It's OK to shake a Kangaroo Cocktail (vodka "martini") since there's no gin to bruise. Also no refined flavor. Only tasteless rubes drink Kangaroos. The twist of lemon and oiled rim are perfectly acceptable but I prefer the slightly more traditional Manzanilla olive stuffed with pimiento, and dirtied with about 1cc of olive brine per half oz. of Dolin's and 2 oz. of. Hendrick's (Orbium of late). I use a syringe to measure the brine. I sometimes add a couple if capers to the olive skewer. Since that makes it not a real martini, (simply replacing the olive or lemon with an onion makes it a Gibson), I decided to name it a S-------- Cocktail after the Mexican jungle village where I met my GF. Ahhh, the finer things in life. Thank you Bitcoin.

These came across my feed just now, seems pretty clear the US is going with the 'threat to security' angle...
I've been watching all the recent feeds. There is absolutely nothing to suggest they're changing the stance they've always had which was lots of the usual regulation for services, and don't be a bad boy. The current crop of excitement has primarily been a vehicle for the government to tell Facebook how much they fucking hate them over and over again.

I mean, some of these idea will be ferried in Frankfurt too.

I didn't check price today, your post made me go and check it! OBSERVING 9930@STAMP! Damn, I hate 4 digits prices! But I am a believer, so I happy for the ones can afford to buy more at those levels! At least i found a (almost exactly price) matching CCMF image! Not really powerful, but slowly this metro train can transform in a MF double decker heavy duty train!

The current crop of excitement has primarily been a vehicle for the government to tell Facebook how much they fucking hate them over and over again. LOL, quite. Still, I think the use of loaded language is intentional. In my paranoid fantasy I will not be surprised if they start going after fiat gateways in the name of retail investor security, while still allowing full access to crypto markets by accredited financial institutions. Judging by the price action today, their words do seem to have an effect.
