As you can see, GOLD Valuation barely moved during last 10 years.. purple dots are almost impossible to distinguish from each other. While BTC is catching up.
In coming times you will see these purple dots sharply going downwards and out of the charts with the gold being out of investors investment choices also. Most people avoid these charts and are busy in show off their gold jewellery and maybe don't have a reality check mirror to witness all these diminishing returns.I sometimes wonder how bitcoin is now becoming good investment from being targetting it as criminal currencies and now knows it that their own fiat and other investments are going to be dead so they are moving to bitcoin.

At this stage I don't understand why every Tom, Dick, Harry and their dogs aren't buying Bitcoin. What the fuck are people waiting for? The news is literally reporting in the UK that inflation will hit 5.4% next year. I'm of the opinion they always under report this. So real figures will be higher surely. People are fine with getting 5-6% minimum poorer every year yeah? Are people under the illusion that the precious money they are shoving into their private pensions somehow won't be affected by this? What the fuck are people doing? Gold sucks as has been pointed out. Property most people can't afford or becomes a fucking headache with renters etc. Why exactly are people waiting and watching themselves getting poorer? Still hoping on that "inevitable" lottery win as long as they keep playing?

Still hoping on that "inevitable" lottery win as long as they keep playing? As much as I hate to say it I think the reason is that most people still don’t understand what is going on. Others still dont know how to HODL bitcoin or how to get a hold of it or think it is still a “risky” investment due to the MSM scare mongering. We need another cycle or even two before the masses really start to understand what is going on. On a good note that means that it is still early for the rest of us.

People say first top in April at 65k and afterwards we had a dogecoin rally. Now we had 67k and a shiba rally.
But looking at the data, we are far away from a 2nd top.

I'm calling it if we currently have 2 dog meme coins with about $60 bil sum market capitalization, surely an AZZ (or BTM?) coin depicting nice bottom like this could be worth, say, $10-20 bil. Just make it with 1 SEXtillion tokens....almost a business prop idea, lol

Apparently so. I even know supposedly financially savvy people who aren't even investing (beyond their safe 401k). Property most people can't afford or becomes a fucking headache with renters etc.
The problem now with RE as a rental investment, is that most housing/apartments where people want to rent (i.e., in a city close to work options) have sky-high yearly property taxes to pay. And this whole "renters moratorium" gave everyone who even thought about being a future landlord some pause. Imagine going to 12-18 months without your renter paying you monthly for rent, and you can't kick them out. Unbelievable the times we live in now.
