Oh come now. Why do you think Iceland is named Iceland and Greenland is named Greenland. Simple marketing. Always has been.

Fucking corn. No idea why it's testing $43k.
What a stupid day.
It's called noise. There is something off-puttingly correctly incorrect (or would it be better said "incorrectly correct"?) about both your post and your reaction. Accordingly, I had no idea that anything could actually be bought with "crypto."

Portgal seriously damaged their golden visa program by not allowing the purchase of qualifying residential RE in Lisbon, Porto and Algarve (since Jan 1, 2022). Only Madeira and inner parts qualify now, unless you buy commercial RE.
Thats a good thing, prevents people from bidding up real estate in big cities and popular areas making them unliveable for locals. at least thats my humble opinion That's exactly why they introduced this rule. Laws to keep RE/rent prices sane have been a thing for years in Portugal. A soft form of socialism, in fact.

Well, I understand all this, but nobody asked them to make this program in the first place. They are asking people to pay half a mil of euros for some houses located in inner (maybe backwater?) regions? These are bound to be priced incorrectly. It's their right, of course, but it is also investors right NOT to participate. All I was saying is that this significantly reduces the attractiveness of the program (to foreigners).

Some islands in the caribbean have some residency programs for monies and dont really have taxes. Its not crypto specific, but what does it matter I guess. to be honest, i'd just pay my taxes, keep my passport and just visit other places. idk capital gains tax is max 27% here so not that big of a deal. If you pay 70%, then ya pull the rock band residency switcharoo scheme.

I was honestly pretty disappointed with corn when I saw it take a shit upon release of the CPI numbers.
Didn't make any sense, until I contextualized it as institutional investors dumping on formulaic or speculative FOMO.
The dump made absolutely no sense to me at all, and it's pretty stunning to me how genuinely upset I became with corn for a bit there.
Have been in this for a really long time, and gotten a good sense of the ebb-and-flow of the rollercoaster ride, but this drop within moments of the CPI numbers being released was fucking retarded, and glad to see rational investors scooping the dip like cock-starved nymphos. This drop didn't make any rational sense to me.
Corn is a moody bitch ever since big institutions got involved, but it was inevitable I guess; let their fear be used to our experienced advantage whenever possible.
If it wasn't for the ranch project quickly picking up pace, I'd be buying more corn, but I'm pretty much tapped out for 2022 with everything we have on the go. 40' bridge span is being installed next week, steel anchor bolts were delivered yesterday, barn pad is going to be graded soon, settled on the geothermal location optimally between all our buildings... Fucking thanks Satoshi holy cow.
Probably going to play with our new track loader and clear some land for Rick's beehives and wildflower patches, this weekend.
We're so gay.
Keep us updated about the beehives. This is something i have been looking at doing for a while now, missed out on 200 acres of land recently, was going to do some kind of organic honey (not sure if this is possible, marketing ploy, more than anything else) Photos would be nice as well, obviously with out giving up OpSec. NO, not gay at all!

Good morning, boys'n girls Have i missed some bullish news or why did the chart nosedive again? Covid update: Used my carrageenan nasal spray as eyedrops for my eyeball pain. Works a charm Obviously sars-cov-2 induced conjunctivitis. The sea salt, third ingredient besides algae extract and destilled water, got me rid of the dry, itchy feeling in the eyes as well. 5 days of quarantine to go.
