Did Russia start backing their currency with bitcoin or is the war over?  This doesn't look right what with all the sanctions and business closures.

Did no one told them that is worse then trying to close every single 'Torrent' software on each personal computer and the wallet is attached to the blockchain and they would need to close the whole blockchain to be able to achieve that??  Cheesy  Cheesy

A sign of the times. Governments around the world are overstepping and the inevitable result is that it makes them look weak and foolish and probably tyrannical along the way.

As long as people don't understand that 1 bitcoin is worth 1 bitcoin, they will try to convert to fiat or whatever, which can be regulated i guess.  So i'm guessing this is geared towards apps like coinbase wallet that have direct integration with fiat stuff.

How much is a haircut worth? Like 15 bucks usd
How much is a banana worth ? Like 75cents usd
How much is one canadian dollar worth ?  Like 0.8 usd dollar
How much is one oz of gold worth ? like 2000$ usd
...
How much is one US dollar worth ?  Like 2100 sats

hope y'all get the point
also this was relevant for past discussions <3

Oh my indeed, you piece of shit.

Someone must have tore him a new one.

Is that you figured out from the last few pages? Riiight!

He is Greek after all….

About that. Maybe in Greek history - who the fuck really knows.

In modern Greece however, things are a little different. Don’t get me wrong, our TV is a faggot show from early in the morning.
But when LBTGQ perverts such as yourself come for holidays, are in for a surprise. No, we don’t throw them of buildings. We take their money, make fun of them, and literally ignore them if they get too pushy.

I think this shows the sanctions don't work, at least not for Russia as a country and its leaders even if the average man and woman is getting somewhat stuffed. I doubt Putin will care much. He knew he had the Europeans over a barrel with the gas, even if its leaders are promising unrealistic Greta Thurnberg solutions for energy.

But then people in the west are getting stuffed too, with ridiculous inflation due to the Covid overreaction and short term thinking mentality.

Debt to GDP ratio is far, far worse in western countries than in Russia. Are they really worse off with the actions the west has taken so far? The currency exchange certainly doesn't show that.

Moreover, if Russia does manage to demand Rubles for gas and other resources, this will probably only damage the Dollar.

I think there is a strong possibility that many of the sanctions the west are imposing on Russia will bite us in our own asses.  Huh

Putin is using all of his oil and gas revenue and most of other foreign revenues (businesses are required to sell 80% of their currency) to prop up the ruble and had to put sever restrictions on trading, transfers, and withdrawals to keep the lid on it. He does care.

Jeebus.  ChartBuddy's IQ is higher than mine.  Beaten by a bot!

 Speaking of April Fools:

 https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/30/politics/clinton-dnc-steele-dossier-fusion-gps/index.html

"Political candidates and groups are required to publicly disclose their spending to the FEC, and they must explain the purpose of any specific expenditure more than $200. The FEC concluded that the Clinton campaign and DNC misreported the money that funded the dossier, masking it as "legal services" and "legal and compliance consulting" instead of opposition research."

Lol, reminds me of those Leisure Suit Larry questions all about random American politics, in the early 90s, no Internet! And it wasn't just for April Fool's.
