The reason I say land is the riskiest is draconian governments can simply seize it. And the dirtiest secret is they do not even have to. They can also tax all your value out of it.
Land also potentially ties you to a location which could be bad in some circumstances. I do own my home because I like it that way but I'm prepared to abandon it should the need arise. How absolutely bonkers that statement would have sounded just a couple years ago. Luckily it still seems unlikely, but it would not be shocking. This is the scenario in which a little bucket of silver rounds may also come in handy. Lord Jesus, I have become some sort of cyber-prepper. I have also stockpiled a little kCal dense food along with a great deal of ammo. May my children joke about crazy old dad some decades into the future as they sort through all my shit.

About buying land, location matters, though. Nice land close to the beach in South Florida is worth millions, until it's under water and worth nothing. Apparently it's becoming difficult to insure beach properties.
You also can't grow food or raise livestock in the sand. Found this interesting, and your post reminded me of it. Scientists successfully grow plants in soil from the moon https://www.npr.org/2022/05/14/1098753238/scientists-grow-plants-soil-moon-nasa-university-of-florida

Voted $40k+ in the poll (as a retarded hardcore permabull). Meanwhile, got some pics of the upcoming 100k party from a time traveler.

Well, the folks that will suffer first and foremost are all the hundreds of thousands of apartment and condo dwellers living in skyrises in the larger metro areas. Food, clean water, sanitation, medicine, petrol, and other goods/services will be cut off from there first. They will suffer the hardest. Plus there will be lockdowns (ala Shanghai). It'll be like Mad Max on steroids. Having a house and land out in more rural areas is one's best bet for long term survival.

It's always been there if you've been willing to see it. Displaced people, refugees, been with us forever. "There but for the grace of god", we say but god often withdraws his grace. Americans and parts of Europe (and maybe some other places) have been able to delude themselves to the facts of reality for a long time, Democracy and capitalism and the peace and prosperity they bring have lead to a comfortable existence but its enemies have been working away at its subversion a long time and it has been apparent for decades (if not longer) which way the winds are blowing. Prepping has always made sense. It just depends on how much you want to prep for.

I feel like this would more accurately be Plants successfully grow plants in soil from the moon However, given how badly my garden is going, I'm not sure they're all that good at it.

I know people who have plans for if/when major metropolitan collapse leads to people flooding out into surrounding areas. Mad Max it is.

I don't know what you newbies might think of the 'demon gates' from Mars, but instead of Ukraine or Russia, I would focus my attention more on Turkey.

Ok.. since we are posting weird space stuff now, I just wanna throw in this interview with an old and drunken Stanley Kubrick. Disclaimer: I don't know if it's really him, or if he is talking crap. I don't give a shit about this topic. But nevertheless it might be entertaining. Interview starts at 0:40 STANLEY KUBRICK MOON LANDING HOAX CONFESSION https://www.bitchute.com/video/odaertvpflpb/

If the stonk market rebounds higher both Monday and Tuesday, it would be a safe bet to say that both a stonk and Bitcoin bottom is in.
Bitcoin already recovering, we could see a bounce higher, then back off a bit on Wednesday... then sideways and eventually more UP-pitty.
I wouldn't sit on the sidelines and wait, I'd be accumulating more btc now.
However if the stonk market tanks a bit more by mid-week, I think the whales would just be looking to liquidate longs that pulled the trig too soon. Not much to worry about.

I feel like this would more accurately be Plants successfully grow plants in soil from the moon However, given how badly my garden is going, I'm not sure they're all that good at it. Haha, me too. I accidentally sprayed all my seedlings with ammonia this year, Lol I'm such a moron now. Miracle grow is the same color as the windex and in the same bottle. Also apparently those plants were stressed and did not grow as well in the moon soil. Cool how naturally occurring objects can appear intelligently constructed. It would be cooler if they found a toothbrush in there! I've always thought our DNA may have originated offworld, it would make sense if a civilization that was facing destruction might seed through dna strands. But its just as likely that chemical reactions will inevitably lead to their construction given enough time and reactive components no matter what the location. I have always felt life is inevitable on a physics level and that its not some miracle.
