I woke up, saw the price heading down fucking again so seriously considered mindrusting 5% - 10% of my stack. I was pretty convinced I would do it. This tariff saga is starting to piss me off. The fear of the top pathetic top by the way) being in and us heading lower after Trump’s 2nd April tariff day had me so close to pulling the trigger.

I speak to a number of the guys here privately on a different platform. I had voiced my opinions publicly and a few of the guys here in the WO reached out to me privately and I decided not to. Thank you, you know who you are.

Things like the below also help me maintain conviction.

@mrofwallstreet

The only thing you need to know is:

#BTC will continue to pump because it lags M2 Global Liquidity and this indicator continues to pump. So, as long M2 Global Liquidity continues to pump Bitcoin will continue to pump with a lag of 75-105 days. This lag of 75-105 days represents the time that hedge funds and smart money take to rotate profits from gold into Bitcoin. Why gold? Because gold is the main asset that drives M2 Global Liquidity to pump. See for yourself to precisely understand that M2 Global Liquidity is always following gold price action

At this moment we have more and more money entering gold because of massive fear of recession noise dure to tarrifs, CPI, interest rates, etc. Investors are lost and are selling US stocks and using that money to buy more and more gold, as they are seeking a place where they can preserve their purchasing power on short term and their are choosing gold. The Bitcoin leg up to 150k - 180k will happen this year and you will see that I was right once you see massive upside between today and April 27. Bitcoin will also rise above 200k this year either you want it or not, either you believe it or not, and once the year ends, you will see that I was right once again

The recession that your favorite influencer is calling is not coming yet, it will come only in 2026 - 2027. Your favorites influencers keep doom calling but they don’t realize that leg down from 90k to 76k was forced. They simply got lucky. Please, don’t forget those who called for 50-60k and those who called for 150-180k and see who was right after all

This was a good read.

I really appreciate the depth and clarity of your analysis, you’ve manage to connect M2 Global Liquidity, gold price action, and Bitcoin’s market trends. You're really confident and convicted in Bitcoin’s potential. Your optimistic  analysis, especially in a negative market sentiment is really motivating for people with weak hands like me (I'm almost to the point of selling my holdings since many people said bull market has ended). Let's see how this unfolds throughout the year and wishing for your analysis to become true. Your ability to back up your predictions with detailed reasoning is easy to understand and not filled with deep jargons. If things don't exactly happen as you foresee, please keep doing it as your passion and insight are undeniably admirable.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, LFC_Bitcoin!

Stock market lost another $1 trillion yesterday because of Trump announcing new tarrifs, it almost entered correction/ bear market territory.

Bitcoin should making new ATH's just like gold, unfortunately it is not seen as digital gold but as a highly speculative asset that follows the stock market., It doesn't matter how bullish anyone is.

This could be more disappointed than previous bull martket, the usual 4 year cycle is dead and burried instead Bitcoin has entered the so called super cycle.

Won't be shocked short term to $65k before $200k later this year.

Preferably not that low but I do understand what you meaning

Why is the diff in BTC/USD rate larger than usual between Bitstamp (ChartBuddy) and Binance?

I check Binance rate in parallel mainly because they have bigger volume (not because I'm invested there).

Was thinking first if Binance is going "gox" with limitations on withdrawals or similar problem, or perhaps it's just less arbitrage going on. I already checked USDT and it doesn't diff much from USD at the moment.

EDIT: Never mind, it was my ticker failing locally somehow, my mistake, sorry.

https://api.binance.com/api/v3/ticker/price?symbol=BTCUSDT  was showing 87675 for some reason.

EDIT 2: After investigating, the VPN country was set to somewhere not allowing access the Binance API and I was actually looking at rates cached from several days ago.

You have a good wife, congrats.

Most women in my life wanted to sell.
They cant sell what they don't know.
Exactly. Such matters should always be handled on a need-to-know basis. And they don't need to know.

Your response is even more chauvinistic than the one that I was going to make.

Of course, there are exceptions to any rule, yet I was planning to say (before I decided not to, and the you, AlcoHoDL, lured me back into my "bad thinking") that mostly, women are too busy thinking about how many purses and/or perfumes that they can buy and/or how many tea party dates that they can go on with their lady friends, when they cash out of their 80% "profits," that they lose track of the BIG delayed gratification picture.

There are some guys like that too.... and those guys frequently get sucked into losing their money or taking measly and insignificant claims at "profits" through their shitcoin involvement.

I guess it's human nature. Nothing against women, but they do tend to favor security in the present time (profits lock-in), rather than future potential profits (delayed gratification, with the associated risk -- which appears very high if they don't understand how Bitcoin works). So, yes, I can understand their way of thinking, and I know that it may cause friction if they know certain things about coins and wallets and such. So, I choose to keep it to myself, and only disclose what is needed to justify certain actions.

Usually, women have a cooler head when investing/trading. I don't know why but that has been my subjective experience.

weird

my wife is involved in any decisions i make, and vice versa.

when i found out about bitcoin in 2011 i showed my wife, who was like "hahaha whatever dear go buy you videocards that magically makes chuckee cheese tokens or whatever those bytecans thingies are, as long as we sell half as we go"

and thats pretty much what we did for a long time. but then, as we know, bitcoin did its bitcoin thing and now my wifes like "no dont use bitcoin for that use cash/whatever"

shes went from "sell half" to "we want all the bitcoins we can get"

love my wife  Grin

Trump is using the same trick when he was previously president using tarrifs to tank the market in order to buy-in cheap stocks for him and his rich entourage.

Difference between than and now is they add Bitcoin to their portfolio.

Although, Trump doesn't give a rat ass about his MAGA, the average supporter is stupid, arrogant and a fat fck.

Trump is squeezing every dollar out of this opportunity by scraping the bottom and than...pump pump pump!.
