Last time this happened was 2018, Bitcoin was sitting at $3500 and then pumped 300% in 5 months.

Clarity act still under negotiation with Brian Armstrong still trying to protect his yield income stream, proposing a tax cut for compensation. When finalized fresh institutional money will enter.

Well… I hate to be that guy but…
In the 2013 cycle we bottomed in January of 2015.
In the 2017 cycle we bottomed in December of 2018.
In the 2021 cycle we bottomed in November of 2022.
In the 2025 cycle we will bottom in October of 2026 if the fractal continues.

This is the result of supply and demand with a twist of human psychology.

Sounds more like a repeated propaganda at this point since we have read this all before.
What supply and demand points to October? None.
 

However, this (ALL of this) progressively looks like some kind of "simulation"..and we are the actors at best and NPCs at worst.

My beliefs have been spot on sir.  I didn't create the 4-year halving cycle.  Blame satoshi.  This has been going on for over a decade now.  Do you hear yourself saying, "it's different this time" and arguing that point?

So if we bottom out Oct 2026 and take off from there it is not a large problem for me.

I would prefer taking off in March or April of 2026 .

I do not disagree with the 4 year cycle for coin distribution.

I do disagree with the 4  year cycle for price growth.

So if 59+k was the  bottom and it was early this year the 4 year cycle for price is broken.

Since it was many months sooner than your Oct 2026 pick.

You painted yourself into a corner. I WILL expand it to Sept 15th 2026 - Nov 15th 2026 we have to drop under 59k and then rise up.

If that does occur you will be correct.

I am eagerly awaiting the time when all this "cycle" sheeet is over and we can talk about adoption, etc.
However, honestly, my patience is running a bit thin lately with the whole "supposed" price setup as i think that this is a low probability suggestion.

Similarly to Phil, I acknowledge that the minuscule issuance would continue to decrease at the algorithmically established intervals...which in time should feel less and less important. As i posted numerous times: bitcoin price should deviate from the cycles or it would wither.

If you want such withering to happen-act according to cycles..and it would be gone in a maximum of two more, maybe even earlier.
However, being an optimist in most situations, I  am looking forward to the time we would finally be over this nonsense (price cycling) for good.

Me too buddy.  As always, I would love to be wrong, but unfortunately, I rarely am.

I am also buying this dip and advise everyone to do the same.  I wouldn't get too caught up on waiting for the exact date of the bottom or trying to go all in.  If you sold in the time frame I advised it shouldn't matter much as you are already way ahead.  The four year cycle is more what you'd call 'guidelines' than actual rules.  Keep to the code.
