Dump is coming - good time to sell btc and buy some ripples.

Why buy when you can just premine? Oh wait, I'm not a scammy scammer. Foiled again.

Well seems like ppl dont care much about coin being premined at all, just look DRK

I thought the dark premine due to that bug was sorted out pretty fairly, I can't rember the details though, hand on I'll find it.

Still no ideas of where this rally is coming from (China, West, ...), nor why?

It seems that the price stops increasing for 2-3 hours around 19:00 UTC every day, which is 03:00 in China.  So I would think that China STILL sets the price.

Perhaps some Chinese exchange already started operating offshore, and is in beta-test by selected clients?

How is 648 optimist?  We are on a rise and we hit $540 this morning.  I think it's VERY likely that we will be closer to 648 than 583 on June 1 at this point, since we could easily hit 600 today.

I was around when that started, although it was so long ago that I can't remember what it was about.  Was it Bob and the Church of the Sub Genius, or the Cult of the Pink Unicorn, of the Flying Spaghetti Monster?  Smiley

You'll get used to the feeling of confusion, I'm sure.
Hope you'll stick around when we're back to 1200 and beyond, will be interesting to see the rationalizations you'll come up with.
I find it amazing how people can put their money into something, without knowing where the profit will be coming from -- and without wanting to know.

Welcome to capitalism.

It's not perfect, but better than all the alternatives we tried.

Infinaty times zero is still zero.  Wink

Well, that is not quite true.

"infinity" is not a number as such. It's a class of equivalence (of all the bijectives sets alike).
To be allowed to use this, you must define what kind of infinity you are talking about,
for example you'd say "infinity" = "limit of the function f(x)=1/x with x->0"

And then, your "0" may well be a différent kind of "0" like "limit of the function g(x)=x with x->0"

That is, "0" * "infinity" in such case = 1 for whatever x.

You may be confusing infinaty with infinity. Infinity times zero is NaN, of course.

The FSM is fairly late to the game (Still good fun though). I think Discordianism predates the Subgenius thing but I'm not sure and don't care.

well as an alt dark coin has a hook anon coin (or kinda sorta as they say)...I'd woulda liked
to have seen zero coin as sha 256 and the announcement no premine gentleman start up your
cpu's/gpu's/fpg's/asic's the mad scramble to the attic for gpu parts would have been a hoot

worked well with bitcoin ...lets revisit it again

but w/o some kinda 'hook' like anon coin ....true or not a good hook...the alt-coins are all
kinda the same

damn wanted a reason to keep my 555gh jupiter from knc running past august..oh wait 2k coin
will accomplish that nevermind
