400btc wall at $620 on bitstamp.

Oooh, I'm filled with fear and dread... not. Scarce commodity vs. the printing press, lets see who runs out first Wink

Bitcoin still above 610, but surely heavy manipulation going on till evening, after that we will be sure which direction market will choose.

Yea, I'm suprised that it's still above $600,-... Im going to wait till midnight before I make any decisions.
And I'm not, there's no reason for it to go below 600. I'm really bullish on bitcoin, since every time it goes down the lowest point is higher then the previous one.
$515 > $538 > $554 - It's going up as it should.

By the way,

Brokers platform Plus500 has no restricted closing dates anymore for the Bitcoin instrument.

Before you had a month time or it would close itself, now none. FYI.

Another "btw".   Cheesy

Btw, not that I'm a huge altcoin lover or anything, but to anyone who thinks Litecoin is sold off, completely dead, and will never rise exponentially from here.  Well Litecoin just jumped 5% too.  For such a dead coin, so strange right?  Right?

So yeah, it's still relatively pegged to BTC, although the LTC market is always lagging the BTC market.  So don't be shocked if it also goes to the moon during/just after the next BTC bubble.

The magic monkey doesn't think we can break 600 today, wants me all-in btc on daily, weekly, monthly basis.  He's been good to me so far, and I can't say I disagree.

MM is more pessimistic than me today then. Close above $613 most likely, imo.

Weekly, monthly, yearly MM is more optimistic than I am, but when isn't he?

Oooh, bitfinex just did a new trick, the appearance of a 2.5k slope! What a revolutionary breakthrough in wall technology, have to change the thread title to the wall and slope observer now Smiley

Yea true, funny and stupid all at once. Bfx book is such a joke.

http://coinmarketcap.com/ says Litecoin is having a bad day, as I would expect it to continue doing for some time. I don't understand the 5% pump statement.

EDIT: or did it dump quickly too?

That was from the month before this one, it was supposed to close the 30th at 16:00  Smiley

Now you can rebuy again, with no end date of your position in Bitcoin.

Guys, I didn't watch anything btc related the last ~2 weeks and I didn't even look up whats behind the last price increase (last 2 days). But I was thinking that everytime people get fresh money on their bank accounts, the price rices due to the same reason. Poeple spend money to buy btc, everytime a pay check arrives.

Anyone else thinks the same way?

Any "real" reason for the price increase? I'll bet we'll see another downward trend in the next week, reversing and increasing by at least 10% by the end of next month..

Hmm now expiry states 15:00 30/07/2014. I took out a new position at 15:05 when the expiry date displayed 'none'. I've contacted support to clarify if they will honour my position with no expiry.

Hmm, 7k slope now and bitfinexs data on bitcoinity is acting rather strange. Any reason to suspect bitfinexs credibility?

Stan, why don't you quit bitching and enjoy the rise in price. You ridiculous conspiracy bear. Your act is old.

I saw some odd chart behaviour earlier today as well. Figured it was just a glitch. This seems strange though.

Someone should run an autocorrelation on the price. Such an influence would show peaks at 2 weeks and 30 days (Also at 1 week but there would be other potential explanations for that).

MM doesn't have enough data to make a yearly toss.  "Break 600" was meant to infer "from above".
