How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?
Bitcoin will die if there's no people support it. If the people will not depend on bitcoin it is maybe the time where bitcoin will decrease its value. We can't say that it will die so fast, I think it will die slowly. So that it is better to advertise the bitcoin to every one especially to those businessman so that that value of it will increase more. Support bitcoin and do the right thing.

I believe that the longer the bitcoin will increasingly provide a positive impact for all of us. and I personally really hope bitcoin will always evolve.

one thing's for sure, no demand to use cryptocurrency which is not possible [/quote
Maybe if all investors/menbers had pull out thier investment in btc, 2nd. if people stop supporting it thats for sure, and becuase of the negative news over hearing from time to time thats another thing.. Why don't we just focus on how to improve/upgrade the cryptocurrency.. And now is the write time to support bitcoin..negativity has no space in btc world.

How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?
I think bitcoin is almost impossible to die. Even if countries around the world ban bitcoin, some people still recognize the value of bitcoin, and people buy and sell bitcoins. When the Internet is completely shut down, bitcoin can't circulate and cause death, but that can't happen.

I think when all the workers here decided to not work here that's the situation that bitcoin would be die but I think it will never happened because everyone who works here will not stop because bitcoin can help their life be better. Just like what others said bitcoin is impossible to die because there are so many countries that legalized it.

How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur?
Who exactly knew this? No one, there are several expert that says bitcoin will die but ask them an exact date or even month, they couldn't answer. Because the reality, crypto wont end. Value decrease?
Every day the value of bitcoin and other crypto decreases and increases, the last dip that happen at almost 6k will not happen again. Y? because people buying power will increase while the price decrease, and when there are more buyers, there are reasons price would go down. Legality issues?
Last Senators meeting at the US, legality becomes positive. As other countries impose band and restriction, I bet US won't do it, but rather than improve existing laws. Different technology/ideas to supersede it?
There are so many technology invented after bitcoin, there are coins that have faster transaction time, suited for smart contracts, but at the end bitcoin is the number one in price, traded volume and to the masses.

As long as two nodes are connected to each other, there is possible to do mining and transactions. It means if in whole world there is only a single computer running Bitcoin client, then Bitcoin can be considered dead.
Also some issues can happen if entire blockchain is completely lost. But it is unlikely that every SSD, HDD, and tape drive containing blockchain is destroyed. Zombie outbreak are unlikely to achieve this, alien invasion - not so sure. We still find software for USSR made microcomputers on proprietary Static RAM cards, still powered by lithium cells in abandoned cold war buildings. It is very unlikely that every storage device holding blockchain or parts of it are gone.

As for the BTC end it wouldn't be possible, since it's the basis for crypto price and used as comparison for others too, as for other crypto their are coins that are already dead because of poor management.
Their is a situation where in all cryptocurrency will die, when other creature will invade earth and destroy us then that's one, it is not possible so just get over it.!!

Actually bitcoin with all its use and advantages over fiat currency is liable to death. However, it would be hard for it to be exterminated. One thing I am sure may lead to the natural death of bitcoin is cessation of Internet.

Bitcoin will die if no one will support, buy and invest. The value will become zero and no value at all. No miners, no traders, no investors. But it seems that will not happen as we are still at the beginning of this phenomenal technology. It's far from getting over. The investors are still here and we are here to support this bitcoin and hoping that more people will adopt this technology to reach this to mainstream.

I think bitcoin will die if the people will stop buying bitcoins. The value of the bitcoin depends on the people who are using and buying bitcoins. The reason why bitcoin is becoming more valuable is because there are many new people who starting to buy bitcoins. There is effect in the supply and the demand of the bitcoin.

Bitcoin can not die. It has own advantages and can be used for many fields in the economy. Why does it die? I do not believe that. Unless there will be a better coin replaces it

Nobody knows the situation but I think Bitcoin will be dead if every country decides to ban Bitcoin permanently. Then, there will be no more people using Bitcoin because they might be arrested in this condition. And bitcoin can also be dead if there are a new cryptocurrency which is more profitable, more advance and can fix most of the bug of bitcoin. In the future, there will be more cryptos qualifying to these factors.
