5x enough for me. I'm not that optimistic about Bancor Protocol as you, unfortunately.

Sounds about right, this project needs time to develop. It was never a quick flipper ICO type. It was always the long game. Lets just watch this baby roll out nice and slow  Smiley

Only the novice or desperate hunters for money who will sell their Bancor! It's notorious the potential and capacity of this project! Why would someone without real needs sell their coins and could they get x10, x20 in a few months?

x10 , x20 in a few months?
Why do you think like that? What does give that value to Bancor P.?

I've been in the Crypto space long enough to know that this behavior is "normal". If not for the ICO flippers and quick profit investors, Bancor wouldn't even raise up to $10m in funding. It's best to hodl Bancor tokens till quick profit seekers and bounty participants are done dumping. We would see the real growth then. Bancor should be valued at $10 or more — It is undervalued currently.

please say this is true:

1 BNCHDL = 5.2 BNT

and not meant to be 0.52 BNT Cheesy

https://app.bancor.network/communities/59072a4f98c9cb000161fee9

It's all about supply of tokens available supply is only 30.4k that is why participants would get paid with huge rewards.

This is due to the fact that only people with ranking starting from Full Member were allowed in the program, so there were less partecipants than expected who ended up earning very very much.

Looks like this is the highest paid signature campaign on the forum,100 BNCHDL per week which is around 500 BNCHDL and which comes around 2600 BNT tokens and considering the current price on the market it at 0.00113 per BTC comes close to ~3 BTC.

Yes, it's pretty impressive. Other camaigns wasn't that bad either, I've got 1000ZUKS just for a few weeks of twitting.

Overall this bounty campaign including the social one is really a big one.I would like to see how this will impact the dumping process when such big bounty is released. Can we expect the price to go down 20% when the bounty is out?

Maybe, usually the price of a coin does not really have a huge dump that will hurt the coin if they are a legit project. If Bancor survives the dumping from those people then there would be a bunch of people trying to purchase coins because they know that Bancor held strong and real money is involved with the project. I wouldn't worry so much about it, they are very busy with interviews so the coin should get popular.

The long term value of these tokens depends on if Bancor delivers what's promised and whether that still suits the situation we're predicting now.

Hold BNT for more than 2 years~

I got some from ICO.

Thinkinf of holding for a long time too.

Im holding BNT for a long time, four, five years. My goal is x100, at least.
I'm not sure if Bancor will be able to do x100, It's too much to expect! You can see x5-x20, My expectations are pretty low, I'll sell 70% of my BNT at $20 and keep the rest and expect the unexpected.

In long term that is possible to reach 100x but it could take over than a year. I also agreed with you first we need to make secure our initial amount with some profit and than keep hold rest of the amount as long term investment.

The only people selling at ICO price are those who are tired of waiting for some price bump. Bancor is the only coin whose price never seems to move. Perhaps this was Bancor's goal all along to ensure a nice stable price. But without volatility, I think interest in BNT will wane very quickly. I don't think people in crypto are interested in seeing horizontal lines on the chart.

The buy wall at 0.01ETH has actually done more harm than good. It has provided a safety net for investors but as they say in finance "no risk, no gain" and this is exactly what is happening. By limiting the downside, they have capped the upside as well.

Its not gonna be horizontal forever,
Its quite impressive that BNT stay strong while the others alts and eth is going red now, despite that bancor still does not have any product yet.

The 'investor' that gonna hate this stability is the quick flipper and pump and dump 'investor'

The real big whale investor in the real world would love to invest in a stable company.

One wise thing that Bancor could do in their next bounty campaign is to reward bounty hunters who didn't dump the BNTs they got in the first bounty campaign. They could reward them either by giving them priority over the new bounties and/or offering bonuses or whatever. This would be not only ethical - to reward those who really believe in the project and thus have really become a part of the Bancor community, if not even part of a sort of enlarged delocalized team, but it would probably also motivate bounty hunters not to dump their coins and to stay on bord for the long term.
Not that I really care of bounty hunters dumping their BNTs, surely somebody will be happy to get them cheap, but anyway I thing that rewarding collaborators who actually believe in the project can only benefit Bancor long term.

Lol the bounty reward itself is super big enough, and now you want the devs to give more to them?

And how the heck they can monitor all bounty hunter token whether they dump or not. And for how long? 1 year? Lol

I would love more if they use the bounty allocation for more useful stuff.
Apps building, bugs bounty, etc.
