That would (continue to) be outstanding! Yes, please. So we are within the 72 hour window to go gangbusters? Production heatsink is 83x100x40mm. Board dimensions: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gkuayv84tr63x70/BitBurnerXX_rev3.pdfI could provide a iges/step files of the assembled board if that helps. Todays status: Found a nasty bug that produced the flood of nonce errors. And I fried one part of that chip that i planned to replace tomorrow. - just another reason to change it. But it meant that i could only run it with one chain today. It was pretty stable though, about 2% HW errors. But with the replacement chip that should hopefully go down to 0%. And then I can pull the trigger on the website and the PCB Orders.

And with maximum overclocking the stock heat sink will not suffice (more then 70 Watts/board). Burnin - is the regulator design still setup for 3A@1.2V/chip? I remember when you bumped it from 2.5A. (trying to stay away from starting a full board TDP discussion here) Thanks!

So, reading that I get that the group buy is over. No further orders being taken. If you ordered chips, then you can get burnin boards, otherwise not. Correct?

SebastianJu has a groupbuy that is remaining open, and has the option of sending to burnin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=187660.0

As I understand it, only SebastianJu's groupbuy is open on batch 6 currently. But Avalon's chips are "Out of Stock", and since SebastianJu doesn't purchase the chips before hand, batch 6 is at a stand still.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Burnin hasn't taken orders yet right? And you've locked in to ship to Burnin? Arn't you getting ahead of your self? Burnin hasn't officially listed the prices for board yet right? Or have I missed some critical BitBurner information? Cheers, QG

Them boards look awsome! Any chance we could see the design schematic I'd like to compare it with the klondike board. Yours looks like a much better power setup and I really like the CAN Bus. Nice work glad to see a finished product.

A question about orders priority: what determines a place in the queue of boards production? Is it the batch number or order number from burnin's shop?

Both: If you order before me and your batch of chips is there , you will get your miner before me. If you order before me but your batch of chips is not there , i will get my miner before you.

Nearest us - USB, Power, Power & Power. 3 connection options depending on how you intend to power it. Left side - CAN Bus header connector, and what looks like a cooling fan power connector.
Wow, didnt know that its so featurerich... and all 4! power connectors are for cables that goes horizontal right? The left 3 for sure but im not sure with the right one. But i guess the second right one would be the one to use with a ATX-PSU. The CAN-Bus is the one that connect the miners together and is connected to a raspi or a notebook at the end to run the miner software? So, reading that I get that the group buy is over. No further orders being taken. If you ordered chips, then you can get burnin boards, otherwise not. Correct?
As I understand it, only SebastianJu's groupbuy is open on batch 6 currently. But Avalon's chips are "Out of Stock", and since SebastianJu doesn't purchase the chips before hand, batch 6 is at a stand still. The european groupbuys will, together with zefir, order one or 2 batches once the avalon shop opens again. 24 hours or so after its back. So at the moment one could say that all orders that come in will be ordered at avalon shop at the end. Putting a heat sink on top will restrict the airflow over the pcb. The pcb has internal copper layers ('ground' is usually designed as a plane) which act as heat spreaders as well.
Do you say the other side of the pcb needs airflow too? I intended to force the airflow from the fans through the heatsinks only to maximize cooling. Do i have to rethink this? What are these 4 slots? The middle at the end is for power? What about the other 2 at the end and the 2 at the left side? Offtopic: Its funny how much such pcb's remind me of cities. Streets, flat buildings, oil containers, foundries with chimneys... I hope that no magic smoke comes up from the "chimneys" *rofl*

What you say is true, but irrelevant to some. I based my decision on quality of workmanship mixed with gut feelings.

Do you mean the green power connector goes with ATX? I wonder how to split power from ATX to multiple boards, like 14? What additional cables/connectors do we need?

Do you say the other side of the pcb needs airflow too? I intended to force the airflow from the fans through the heatsinks only to maximize cooling. Do i have to rethink this? The chips are designed to release heat out of the bottom, and putting a heatsink on the top of the chips can restrict convection and cause the chips to overheat. The top of the board doesn't need additional air flow AFAIK. The fan on the heatsink should create enough airflow around the board that all you need on top is convection for the other parts. That is, don't cover it up, but no need for anything else.
