It took several months for me to hold spreadcoin just to get hold of HLM. Helium's vision at that time struck me with full of potentials. But there were times that it made me think the development time for this types of project may take longer thus decided to sell my SPR at its peak. So I am expecting to buy HLM on exchanges at a cheaper price.
If they do, everything as promised, then a lower price maybe not. For now rest assured that code is being coded and doings are being done, Helium will launch with up to spec, clean, pretty and working code.Sounds great, this is what is expected.

If you look at previous post you would seeI have defended Helium because I bought the idea and believed. The expectation was it would have launched by now.

Graham is working on including some of the upstream PIVX code into current master code base to fix some of the issues that we ran into with creating the Windows binaries. He'll then merge that and the other branch for our working codebase. We'll run through and clean it up and begin testing it on the network. Once that is complete and we're satisfied with the results we'll start prepping for launch on cryptopia.

Sorry guys, but at this point, I'd rather you release NOW, even if it is not well-rounded. As it stands, from a technological standpoint, it will be "just" a PIVX clone, so it should be possible to launch with a couple of warts and then merge upstream changes in a dot-release. PIVX didn't hard-fork, so HLM won't have to either. I've said farewell to the idea that HLM will bring something interesting to the table from a a technological point of view, so the focus must be on the business side. I cannot see the construction industry adopting crypto, it being very conservative and digitally challenged, but this is what @coins101 believed, so I hope he is still pushing for business adoption, proof-of-concepts, partnerships and what have you. For that, we NEED something that works, and soon. You cannot promise creating a next-gen system and then not deliver for months. Unfortunately, that makes me doubt there's anything going on the business development side. Do you have a running system with the tokenomics variables changed and validated from PIVX? If yes, just release it, everything else can come later. Taking time to perfect something instead of releasing is the wrong way in software.

what fucked up answer is that? maybe u could say: there is no telegram group? very simple ... There is a community ran Telegram group here: https://t.me/HeliumChain All the fun is (still) happening in Slack but if you just want to stay up to date with what is happening generally the Telegram will probably sort you out.

Taking time to perfect something instead of releasing is the wrong right way in software cryptocurrency. The above is my personal opinion of course. I do understand the frustration from a lot of people here but from what I can see this will be released when it is finished.

Yes the time to get are helium coins has been quite excessive and unexpected. We were promised or expecting a much sooner wallet release. This is unacceptable to the investors.

The website mentioned in the OP is no longer up to date and will be replaced by a new one soon (tied in with the network launch) Karma made an extensive update a bit over a month ago which is more or less accurate in terms of who is doing what: https://medium.com/@jasonmcassidy/helium-pre-launch-update-853a6d161382

What did you invest? Afaik, they didn't do any ICO/pre sale. If you are talking about buying SPR, I can't say it is an investment.

3. In regards to the dual Helium entities, we have been aware of each other for some time. They are a hardware focused IoT manufacturer founded in 2013 and are out of the United States.
wow... well thats news to me. So who owns the Helium brand? Or there's now 2 entities? Thats gonna get confusing, especially since they are both blockchain related and tokens/coins are issued. From what I gathered about the IoT manufacturer that, rather recently, wants to incorporate blockchain into their IoT products: they're not really fishing in the same pond. I think consensus within the team and community is to just leave this be for the moment and deal with it when and if the time comes. There are more important things to deal with at the moment. I'll see if I can post another TL:DR later this week. For now rest assured that code is being coded and doings are being done. PIVX latest update is rather significant however and since Helium will launch with up to spec, clean, pretty and working code this means a fair bit of extra work for those amongst us who are currently head butting their keyboards and biting their toenails trying to get everything sorted. Royally late, but here is what has been scraped together from the Slack over the last three weeks (and a wee bit more) https://www.heliumlabs.org/v1.0/blog/june-6th-general-updateThere are a lot of things going on (and as a result lacking from the above TL:DR) so for the full story do refer to the Slack: https://heliumslack.herokuapp.com/ or the (community) Telegram: https://t.me/HeliumChainP.S. By the looks of it anyone who made the mistake of sending SPR to a paper wallet while using the non-compressed address will be able to use the associated private key to access their HLM airdrop coins regardless. If this has happened to you: do join Slack and I'll do my best to sort you out.

It will be released. We are actively working on it and want to release it the right way with a stable chain. A lot has happened that was out of our control. The community picked it up and are pitching in to produce a quality product with Enterprise support that Karma has been negotiating. Once it;'s ready and tested we'll release it and you can do as you wish with your free coins on Cryptopia.

I agree, while time is passing, more and more new projects will be trying to achieve similar goals to Helium, so the advantage could be lost. It looks to me that another ICO season has started in crypto, and the competition is getting stiff. I hope everything goes well tho, and we all be celebrating the mainnet launch soon. Yes the time to get are helium coins has been quite excessive and unexpected. We were promised or expecting a much sooner wallet release. This is unacceptable to the investors.

The answer I provided is a link and explains how to search Google, very simple... Ever heard of Google,Mr noob genius? Calm down guys, that is a simple misunderstanding. sirazimuth understood question more generic way: "What does 'telegram group' term mean?", and he answered that question perfectly. But I guess the real question was (most probably): "What is the name of the specific telegram group devoted to Helium?".. Given the broken English typically used on this forum, and awful punctuation used in the specific question above, it is not surprising one could misunderstand that. [rant]Language is degrading here to the point where my bad English becomes even worse by just reading this forum...[/rant]
