If you want to sell then sell, if you wanna hold then hold, if you gotta dump being a weak hand then do that, one thing that I've learned the hard way; whenever you buy any coin wait at least a month before deciding what to do next, if you buy and hold Bitcoin for just a month you'll know about the secret within Bitcoin market.
If you don't believe me then test this theory of mine with half a BTC and wait exactly one month.

Just take a snapshot of each month's price chart and put them all together and tell me what you see, you should also do every day of month until the next 30 days like do the following;
1st Jan to 1st Feb. 2nd Jan to 2nd Feb. 3rd Jan to 3rd Feb. 4th Jan to 4th Feb and so on do it with the last 6 months and tell us what patterns you could see.

My plan is to hold them till the end of the year and will take a decision to sell or not to sell looking at the price at that particular time and if it touches $2k then without thinking much I will sell all my bitcoins.

i would go for 10% profit from my investment but still looking at the highest price before, cause the price can go unstable even for a couple of minutes. so, waiting for the price is slowing after 10% profit and sell it is my best opinion at Selling coin

I am late about the news that the price was hit $1,476 just today.. and i think this is a good time to sell if you bought your bitcoin for below $1,200. so that you can get the profit.. if you still wait we do not know if the price will increase more or decrease soon.. so if you already made a profit dont lose opportunity sell some of your bitcoin and sell the rest if the price will increase more.. and wait for the price down again and buy more bitcoins just cycle your bitcoin.

i think in present tie every one will be thinking to hold their bitcoin and not to sill it. as every one is very much confident that the price of bitcoin is going to increase too much in near future, even people are expecting that the price of bitcoin will hit 2000 USD level very soon. therefore i think no one will be ready to sell their bitcoin and every one will be welling to  hold their bitcoin as much as they can afford to hold.

I don't see it that way, I won't sell my bitcoin unless I have to, due to there is no any other option to get money.
Consider your bitcoin as long term investment, saving as much as you can and enjoy it in the future when one bitcoin worth $10,000 or more. Have you ever read about some people shared their experiences > bought and saving bitcoin for years? They have made big profits and may become a rich person because of their patience and trust bitcoin obviously.

Yes it is still depend to the price or we can say to the investor of bitcoin if he will sell or keep holding because the price now is high and if the investor choose to hold it then it will be cheap in terms of price compare to the price of future bitcoin. If you ask me, i would still hold bitcoin because it is still rising and it is worth to wait.

I usually hold the stocks in col financial i believe that there are more blue chips in col financial which it will high the price in the future. But In ccex which is bitcoin stocks i use tsupitero mde because its easy to move the coin by low and high that is why It is likely to sell it 1 day or 2 days.

I think not as bloody as they look. I got quite a shock this morning at all the red. But then I realized that bitcoin had risen 8% against the USD - which means any altcoin that is less than 8% down against BTC is still ahead.

I later learned that this boost is coming from Japan (where I am) via Bitflyer exchange. Some of this money will be going to altcoins before too long, though it may take a while. Pretty sure Bitflyer strictly trades BTC and JPY right now. For my part. I think coins with some recognition in Japan will do well - those include Ripple, Ether and NEM/XEM.

Yes , if you hold it you will have profit there in time when price go up. Now seeing the price near $1500 many attemp to sell their bitcoins ,they might regret if it reach higher and if it will nit go down anymore but its their choice .Holding is the best than playing with the volatility of price.

Holding bitcoin for long term will result for a profit and not loss because bitcoin is good for long term and in long term basis the price of bitcoin is being doubled or even tripled. Those people who sold their bitcoin for the current price will regret it all after the bitcoin touches the $2,000 price for each bitcoin. Before the end of the year, the strong holders will win the game.

I think it's too early to sell. From my point of view, the price increase in recent months was a result of organic growth. I would sell only if a bubble effect started to take place, and this is something I'm not seeing in Bitcoin right now.
