The problem with Xavi is that he's really inexperienced. It happened with Barcelona before, a lot of the managers that came from inside of the club were inexperienced as well but at that point Barcelona was a top team with a really good roster and ability to sign good players.

Currently Barcelona is straddled with debt and filled with internal struggle, it is a really hard job even for the most experienced managers. If I was Xavi, I'd skip this - he can only fail there.

I would say that Dembele may pick Liverpool instead. I do not know how Liverpool or Klopp does it but when they need to sign a player they somehow end up convincing him to come to Liverpool, no idea how they actually do it. I personally believe that Dembele would definitely be going to Liverpool if he ever leaves Barcelona. Also with the team signing long term deals with the youngsters, I am pretty sure that Koemans time is seriously coming to an end.

I know that not many people would see connection between the two but the reality is that if you are signing Barcelona youth for a long term and you get rid of the older players, that is time for Xavi to come in and make a big change and get the youth that he came from become the core of the team once again.

That would be a strange move for Liverpool though,,, or in fact any big team in English team. I think Dembele is a great talent for sure and he has proven himself countless times but for an injury hit person, to play in the most physically demanding league at the moment,,, it does not make sense for him or even for Liverpool who have an extensive issue with injuries.

If Liverpool signs Danjuma I don't think he will get the minutes he is getting right now with his current team. Salah and Mane are still the first choices. They even have Diego Jota for the winger place in case Klopp wants to rest on of the duo. Mane had an average season last one with 11 goals and 7 assists in the premier league but he still creates those chances. Danjuma could be a good signing but I think he won't be getting the minutes that much.

He is a very good goalkeeper. Last night I saw so many saves from Donnarumma for PSG from Manchester City and he is one of the best goalkeepers.

If Liverpool signs Danjuma I don't think he will get the minutes he is getting right now with his current team. Salah and Mane are still the first choices. I agree with you, this is definitely a good signature for Danjuma. But he has to sit on the bench for most of the season. He will not get a chance in the starting squad. He may be fielded as a substitute. However, the Liverpool team is experienced. He will be able to be more experienced in the future if he stays with this team. Staying with this team maybe he could be the head winger of a good team towards the end of his career.

Doesn't have much to do with "regretting" to sell Haaland. What the heck are you going to do if Haaland does have a clause in his contract that he can leave for 75 million and you are not able to offer 30 million salary and even more than that? It is just the way it is and obviously, Haaland is going to sign a world record contract next year very likely.

If Haaland transfer really materializes, of course, Borussia Dortmund should be able to move quickly to find a replacement, but just like you, I also don't believe that Martial will be able to replace Haalaand, so far Martial performance at Manchester United is really bad and from season to season the performance martial  continues to decline.

Do not consider premier league teams as started or bench, it is usually just a league with a lot of games and cups and they end up playing over 50 even 60 games depending on how much they play. So if you play 38 games for league, then caraboa cup is around 7 rounds I think? Then FA cup is many rounds as well depending on where you start, and then you have 15 games or so if you go to finals. We are talking about as much as 60+ games here, not sure if it gets close to 70 if you win it all or at least play finals in all of them.

So, When they get a player like Danjuma, their idea is not to get him and then bench him, there are too many games to play and Mane or Salah can't play them all, they would need to get players who could bring in 20-30 games a season as well, they are sort of like part-time starters, they are not exactly bench since they play so many games, and they are not exactly the best player in that position neither so it is a bit different.
