Sterling is one of the rare group of players I'd love to see at Liverpool. I know most of Liverpool fans would disagree, but I actually felt that he needed to go to make progress in his career. The way he left wasn't the best, agreed, but he was young and he made a mistake - nothing new there.

He's a terrific player and he'd fit our playstyle perfectly. Our offensive line is getting older and Sterling in his prime would be an amazing addition.

Considering the market value of Sterling and his wage amount, I highly doubt that Barcelona can afford him right now. Maybe after a season or two, but right now the deal seems unlikely to happen. Sterling is still an important piece for City and they should not let go of him for a small fee.

Sterling's a bit meh for me. I mean sure he has a great Euro but for me he was merely living up to his hype. I think he was really great at Liverpool and then kind of started to get a bit too soft for my liking. I see no possibility whatsoever for real madrid to pay a high transfer fee like that while they are having such a high net debt even though they have never really cared to much about their debts in the past. Raheem Sterling is a pretty good player for Barcelona but the value of the salary that Sterling is asking for will not make Barcelona able to pay for this player plus the transfer price is very high. At the moment Barcelona are facing a fairly severe financial crisis and many players had to be released last season I think it was very difficult for Barcelona to get Sterling's sign. I also as an Arsenal supporter don't want to see Bernd Leno leave Arsenal, I see Leno's performance is not so bad. Even though he made several

I agree with you, today football is much more a niche for business and money opportunities than for entertainment.
It isn't new to see teams very well consolidated, but from one season to another they end up falling and decaying because of negotiations that only aim at a profit for a team.
