Currently less than 1 year of Mbappe's contract will expire at PSG and this situation requires PSG to move quickly to offer him a new contract and bind the player for the next few season. I think so far PSG have done it but maybe the two sides haven't found an agreement. Real Madrid would benefit if Mbappe were bought for free from PSG, however there is no more plausible reason for Mbappe not to sign his new contract with PSG if not for wanting to cost his former club big losses. I don't think that will happen with PSG and Mbappe. Real Madrid had to spend a lot of money to get this player.

The other day Mbappe's mommy said that they wanted to leave this season so that PSG could benefit from the transfer fee. SO far it seems like Mbappe won't renew whatsoever. So if he doesn't renew the contract, Real Madrid will get him next season without an ant transfer fee. All they have to pay is his wage and bonus and stuff.  So, I think that this will be a loss for PSG as Real Madrid already proposed 180 Million dollars as the fee but PSG rejected it.

When it comes to Haaland's next club, it might be Real Madrid. Because I have heard that Real Madrid are planning to sign Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland both at the same time. Yup.  Real needs an overhaul of their squad imho.  It was a miracle how Zidane had them perform at peak level considering the age and the decline of those players...  Especially at the CL.  But the problem is, do they have the finances to bankroll a Mbappe and Haaland double acquisition?

Real Madrid knows how valuable Benzema is to them and thus they have set the release clause of him to 1 billion. Benzema seems like he ages like fine wine - getting better every day. This season so far he is the best player in the world no doubt. He was directly involved in 95% of Real Madrid's goals this season. Also not to mention he has also been phenomenal for France after his return. He still surely has 2 or 3 more peak-form seasons ahead of him.

I have heard that Arsenal are thinking of making a move for Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. He played for Arsenal for 6 years. Now, maybe it is time for him to go back there. I believe that 33 is not really that old, he could play at least another 3-4 seasons and he would be good as well so I doubt he will be gone anytime soon. I believe that as long as they have other places to worry about (like defense) they should not be considering getting a striker just yet. However one thing is for sure, if they can get their hands on Mbappe, that is not something you can just let it be, you have to get him if you can because it is Mbappe, doesn't matter who you have in that spot, if you can get him then you do.

I guess Mbappe will be either in PSG or Madrid and I do not see any other option right now. However what will happen if Newcastle ends up offering like 100 million a year to him is really beyond me and I would love to see that chaos. I know they probably won't, that is just unnecessarily too much, but they CAN and that is the great part .
