Sterling is a good player and also very agile in defence, but to be honest I get annoyed and angry when he holds the ball at his feet for too long and he is often very stingy in passing the ball to other players inside free position, I think so far there is no problem between sterling and guardiola, but indeed sterling in my opinion is not suitable for guardiola's fast style of play in manchester city.

There can be many reasons, in Manchester City there is a very strong competition and there is always someone you can put in the main team. Perhaps Sterling is now out of shape, or it was done on purpose by Guardiola, in order to keep the player on the bench for several matches and thereby further motivate him to play well so that the player would fight for his place in every match.
