I mean I said that if it was 100% guaranteed that he would leave, then PSG wouldn't turn down 180 million euro offer, since they did declined that offer that means they must have been considering a great chance to resign him, pay whatever you have to and keep Mbappe because you will never get a player like that easily, hence PSG knew that they had a chance.
