I also read the details, regarding Nagelsmann and PSG.  it's a shame that even my prediction Nagelslamnn can build PSG much better than Galtier. The reason why Arsenal are going for Harvertz is that he solves to problem for them. One is the fact that he will be a great backup to Saka on the right and also can play as a center forward or second/supporting striker. If he comes he ticks all this boxes. As for Bayern they are considering him because they have contracts issues with mane, Sane and Gnabry, and they certainly need a replacement. If we analyze Kai’s time at Chelsea he hadn’t had a personal poor time at Chelsea and most of the time he was even played off position.

The first priority for Manchester United is a ball playing goal keeper and also a center forward but other areas still needs addition like the defense. Since the manger doesn’t trust Maguire any more and he tends to perform better in three lions shirts then I feel it is time to let him go and probably the club can sign another defender, either Timber from Ajax or Kim min Jae. Another area again is the midfield. Manchester United without Casemiro hardly wins any games so to avoid depending on him too much they need a CDM this time around the one that can move the ball and be good Carrier. And Frankie De Jong Fits that role. Other players that can suit in are Lavia from Southampton, Caicedo from Brighton and Rice from West Ham. Any of these can be a good accusation. It looks like Manchester United target this season is a player who plays as an attacker and I have noticed that in their hunt for Harry Kane but Tottenham don't want to accept an offer from the EPL team for Harry Kane. Manchester United is also very much associated with Osimhen but I see Manchester United backing down from hunting for Osimhen after Napoli set a high enough price for clubs interested in bringing in Osimhen. Choosing a striker needs dedication and high level of concentration by ETH, but the Glazers and the saga of Manchester United ownership will not let ETH focus and buy good players. I am seeing that this ownership transfer and purchase issue will make Manchester United exit this open window without signing quality players.
