Crazy how Arsenal really want to sign Declan Rice, I think it's too much if they need to spend more than 100 Million Euros because according to Arsenal big transfers [1] those players aren't show good performance like when they were in their previous clubs.

Nicolas Pepe, Aubameyang, Ben White and Alexandre Lacazette, they're failed transfers.

I would also agree that a club should never pay significantly more money as a transfer fee for a player than his current market value. Declan Rice hasca value of 80 Million € at the moment as far as i know, so it would be really stupid in my opinion if Arsenal would make another offer with even more money than those 100 M€ or so that they have already offered for him.
FC Chelsea was even worse, they have paid over 100 M€ for Fernandez in the winter.

It must be admitted that Chelsea is an important team figure that has damaged the market value of players and of course this will be followed by other teams that have talented players like Declan Rice who will be sold at high costs because Arsenal are interested in signing him. I'm not surprised things like this will continue if the team always agrees to offers that are not reasonable and it is possible that the transfer fee for one talented player at the age of 19 to 25 will exceed 200 million euros in the next few seasons. I think that at the same time it will pay an unreasonable price for some players who have not proven to be able to contribute much in a big competition and win titles.

However, I think he's overrated considering the price West Ham is placing on him at the moment. I don't think he worths more than a 60 million pounds midfielder and I'll be disappointed if Arsenal decides to buy in any deal that'll make them pay more than 70 million pounds

Manchester United has lost from the race because they cannot give certain decision regarding this transfer so that's why Kim Min-jae is more likely to choose Bayern Munich instead of Manchester United this because he was more interested to long term plan for Bayern and this is big loss for Manchester United because before this transfer he was linked to this team so often and now Bayern has got him and Manchester United should be looking for other players

yes it's true, if you look at the price I think it's very inappropriate, besides Arsenal don't really need a midfield position because those in their squad are quite qualified, I think what Arsenal need the most is a striker and a star player who can improve the team's mentality Arsenal because so far the Arsenal squad has been inhabited by many young players who have the potential if they are combined with senior players who have a good mentality then in my opinion this team will be even better.

I have no comment on Kim's choice. But I know there aren't many options for the best clubs in the world. Except for Josko Gvardiol and Kim, there haven't been many good defenders lately. I came here to write this. You seem to write the same comment as that twitter post you have post a picture of. He was a player who came from his native country to Fenerbahce, Turkey then after his good and solid performance, transferred to Napoli. I admire his adventure in Europe and seems like it keeps getting better and better. Solid respect. It is not always easy to come from countries like Japan and Korea and make it in European football. I believe he is a player who is suitable for Bayern. I think his playing style is what according to Bayern needs in the defense. If this news turns out to be true, I believe it is indeed a good move for Bayern and quite profitable for Napoli.
