I really loved Timo Werner in Leipzig he was so good he destroyed all of the defences in the league. Premier league is much harder for him there isnt a lot of space there its just not the league for him,its a different type of football. But he won a huge title with Chelsea

I just skimmed the article, but my understanding is totally different. La Liga rejected the transfer because they don't believe the player will be paid that little and they are probably right. There is some kind of deal or promise in the back for sure. Maybe not for more money but for future position in the club or who knows what. I haven't been following Madrid very closely lately, but Bale really took it to the limit with them. He had a big contract signed so he didn't even care when he didn't play. It's really about time they left the club, I'm actually surprised how this players comfortably sit on the bench for so long without forcing an exit out of the team, mind you that they are not that old as well, Marcelo is 33, Bale 32, and Isco is just 29, they still have something left in their tank to offer, and it's basically already clear they can't do that in Madrid, so why not move on.

Having said that, they have been out of the game for quite a while, so many teams will be reluctant about acquiring their signature, Isco is a really talented player, and tbh, I do not know exactly were things went wrong for him, maybe a move to the EPL could be good for Isco, but the fact remains that neither of this players can actually make it into a big team anymore, they'll have to make do with average/below average clubs.
