It would take only 2-3 very bad season for them to turn into at best sevilla or valencia level team. Raheem Sterling is a really really good player and if he joins Arsenal i might even think that Arsenal could do big things after that. I dont know if Barcelona can actully buy him with how big of a debt Barcelona is in. But if Arsenal secures this transfer it would be really big.
