the only clubs that can currently take Salah away from Liverpool are Real and PSG. Liverpool would never sell him to a PL team, he's not a type of transfer that Bayern is making, Juventus is a club Salah would not go to and Barcelona simply does not have the money to do that kind of deal even if Salah wanted to go there - which he wouldn't.

Real is making space for Mbappe and they cannot do 2 such transfers in 1 year, so it's between PSG and Liverpool. Liverpool wants to extend but Salah's new contract mustn't break the wage budget - and his demands are really high currently.

Last season there were talks about him leaving, however looking at how they are doing so much better this season and how he is playing like the best player in the world, I do not think that Liverpool would want to sell him no matter how much you pay them. I get that some team could come up with 200+ million and suddenly change this idea, because that is a lot of money but how do you really replace someone like Salah?

According to Telegraph, Manchester City are preparing a new contract for their talented winger Raheem Sterling. He has been linked with Barcelona in the recent times as you might have heard. Therefore, Manchester City don't want to lose him that easy. And honestly, I don't think that Sterling would like to leave a solid team like City for joining Barcelona that are in a problematic condition. Sterling's current contract expires in nearly 2 years. It'd be better for City to extend his contract to secure him.

Yep, but Ralf Rangnick is just an Interim coach. This means Man United may sign another coach to hire for a long term. In my opinion, they hired Rangnick because they are no longer want to see Ole in Old Trafford. At least, there is someone replacing Ole position as a coach temporarily.

With Honesty, I don't think Zidane was ever interested in the Manchester United job and I doubt if he will ever got to United.

Of course, one should not discount such a factor as an offer that cannot be refused, but still it seems that this is not the case As already mentioned before, another reason for Zidane's refusal from the post of Manchester United head coach was a poor level of English language proficiency. Yup, Rangnick was a highly influential figure. He even did a really good job with Leipzig not so long ago. Thing is - football changes fast - and Rangnick has been out of coaching for a while.
Don't get me wrong - United could have chosen much worse and Rangnick's experience will probably help to remedy the situation a bit. Still - United will be left with the same structural problems - but no manager could change that until the end of the season.

I wonder what happens after - Rangnick will be eyeing a role at the club, if they still keep Woodward, Rangnick will choke him one day

I get that some people may like him, and dude studied in UK as well as far as I know, he was a manager for a long time as well so he has the experience for it, but became general manager and other positions after a while.

I assume they really want Zidane and Zidane said he will rest this season, so they found a temporary solution until they could speak with Zidane again, or see what happens with PSG and Pochettino deal. If they could at least be in champions league level at the league then they would probably have a great chance to get a good manager.

He's been linked down with Barcelona,but English players performance at Spanish la Liga has be poor, you'll hardly see a English player over there.
The move to Arsenal might be possible,I'm not too sure how true this is,bit this will make him playing for three top teams in the premier league.

Rangnick will make Man United more organized on the pitch.  And between him Solskjaer, Rangnick def has the managerial chops to help United get through this season and prolly finish at the top 4.  Give it 5 games and see the difference.  I’m really excited to see United do Rangnick’s version of the Gegenpress.

Wow , guess I am new to football then   . That's amazing to know how influential he has been in german football. Now I would say it would be huge for United and hopefully that will improve performance of Manchester United after he starts working. Still I am still confused why interim manager then? Or they doubt him making him as in for more strong role? Zidane said that he would be taking a break for now so are they targeting him afterwards?

I’m not sure why too...  But he’s staying as a consultant at United for two years.  So I guess be on the look out for German managers available to take over next year.  That should have good odds in the betting market.    Carrick will prolly stay as an assistant.
