Yeah you are absolutely right, something tells me that sometimes they sit back reminisce and regret losing out some players in the past, players like Arjen Robben, Salah etc. They are still doing the same thing repeatedly with Lukaku and Timo werner leaving. If they were giving more time to improve they would have done much better after a while. I think this is something they need to change because it makes them lose quality and talented players to other teams.

Denzel Dumfries put up a very strong performance in the WC, i'm pretty sure that is what has caught the attention of these respective clubs, and not just that btw, these clubs are somewhat lacking in the right back position, Manchester United's Diogo Dalot has been really good of late, but if they could sign Dumfries and throw him in the mix, it will develop competition for the right back position and improve performances of the players because they would know that's the only way they are going to play.

Having said that, Chelsea on the other hand have Reece James injured, and Azpilicueta is 33 years old already, with Graham Potter even preferring the Spanish international in the center of defense, so an additional right back in Denzel Dumfries is a good move for the blues. The Dutch international will have to make the best decision for his career, and imo any of these teams is a good step forward.

Dumfries was impressive in the world cup, he had an outstanding performance and I'm sure he has caught the eyes of top teams in Europe who will come enquiring for possibility of getting him to join their side. Dumfries will be a good backup for Dalot at Manchester United but I doubt United will be able to get the deal thrdough. I also doubt Inter Milan will be willing to sell him

Ferran Torres is a precocious player, but the truth is that he was not getting enough playing time in Manchester City, back then Pep even opted to play without a striker, sending Ferran Torres way down the pecking order at City, he saw an opportunity to move to a club like Barcelona and he took it, City saw the money Barcelona were offering and they had to take it, both parties were happy. Mind you that when Ferran arrived at Barcelona, the club didn't have many of the players they have now, and he was playing regularly then, but last summer Barcelona bought quite a lot of players, including striker Lewandowski, and Ferran now has to manage a place on the bench as he mostly comes on as a substitute.

Livakovic with Dinamo Zagreb was able to make 46 saves and 2 clean sheets this season. Meanwhile, Yassine Bounou saved 40 and 1 clean sheet with Sevilla. In the 2022 World Cup tournament, for me this Morocco Goalkeeper is much better than the Croatian Goalkeeper. Behind all that, there are other advantages to consider, namely Livakovic is still young compared to Bounou, even though for the position of goalkeeper, age does not really matter.

Although it is just a mere rumour but I think it's time Bayern start looking for a permanent solution for Manuel Neuer. Bono aside, I think it's they give Nubel some minutes, if he is actually there solution for the future then it is time to prove that. He was excellent at Schalke and needs only minutes to prove that. Moreover he is a German and Bayern will also be solving the problem of the national team too.

Hazard's stint at Chelsea made him been tipped to be the successor of messi and Ronaldo era but he is a shadow of himself now. His injury woes and ability to settle fast in Spain was the problem for his lack minutes at Real Madrid. I still think he can play in Europe but his wages and transfer fee is too much for a mid table teams that might consider him. He should slash his wages down and get Perez to listen to offers at low prices.

I disagree about De Gea actually. He is still a very important part of the team right now. He has made very critical saves for his team so far. Things would have been even worse for them if it weren't for him. Of course they are still not good at defending which is understandable from the number of goals they have conceded so far.

But as long as they don't find a better alternative to De Gea, I don't expect them to give up on him yet. Considering their current situation it wouldn't be easy for them to convince another top goalkeeper to come here as well.

Yeah it is all but certain that Kante wouldn't be given a contract extension at Chelsea, though personally i think Chelsea should reconsider that, Kante is still strong and can play, a one year contract extension wouldn't be bad for a player like him, it is not like he has lost so much quality, he is just not as young and strong as he was some seasons back, coupled with his latest injury problem. I guess it is what it is, and he looks set to leave in the summer, i'm pretty sure many clubs would be excited about the prospects of having Kante in their team.

Having said that, Declan Rice is highly sought after, and he would not leave West Ham for cheap, quite a lot of big teams have their eyes on the England international, and West Ham are definitely going to use that to their advantage and put an astronomical price tag on him, i don't know if Chelsea would still be interested should that happen, but we'd have to wait until next summer to find out.
