Manchester United has release information based on this. They confirmed that all charges against Greenwood has been dropped but that the club need to conduct her own process and determine whether or not he will continue playing for Manchester United. So we will be optimistic

We can’t overemphasize how important Jorginho would be to this Arsenal team. He’s a good addition and I’m very positive about this Jorginho guy.
