I don't think Messi will go where the salary is not guaranteed. But on the other hand, Messi and Neymar may be planning to move to the same club but these two big stars may not be seen together anymore. 

If we come to the Saudi league, I think Messi will get the same support as he did for Barcelona. La liga urgest barcelona to raise 200 millions first before it was trying to sign messi again. I can feel how disappointed he was once arsenal was not able winning the trophy before he leaves from the club. It's caused by xhaka has been putting a lot of hopes for its club to win at least one trophy before he will be gone.
