La liga urgest barcelona to raise 200 millions first before it was trying to sign messi again. I can feel how disappointed he was once arsenal was not able winning the trophy before he leaves from the club. It's caused by xhaka has been putting a lot of hopes for its club to win at least one trophy before he will be gone.
Arteta and arsenal didn't need him anymore as there was no new contract comes to him. that means if the club as been letting him to leave in summer. I hope that leverkusen will try to take this advantage caused by xhaka out from arsenal with free agent.
