Leipzig buy the top scorer of "Lance" Openda for 43-46 million. Very unusual transfer for Leipzig, because for both Lance and Leipzig it is a record amount. In general, for the Bundesliga it is serious money and usually Leipzig prefers to sell players to top clubs after he grows at his club.

https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Article/Lens-et-le-rb-leipzig-ont-trouve-un-accord-pour-le-transfert-de-lois-openda/1408146

Openda scored 21 goals in 38 games for Lance last season and I think the result is excellent. Many teams buy players with worse stats at a much higher price, so the purchase seems promising.
I couldn't understand why Lens starting to sell their key players this summer because i mean Lois Openda is very important player for them and he has help Lens to through an fantastic season with finish at Champion League zone so in my opinion Lens should be hold this player especially Lois Openda is their top scorer with 21 goals on France league last season

Although probably Lens will used the money from the sale of Openda to look for new players as the replacement of him but there is no guarantee those players will be able to performing well just like Openda and apparently Openda is not the only player who leave Lens because next player who possibly will leave is Seko Fofana that recently Fofana has been linked to Arabian club and for Leipzig indeed Lois Openda was buyed with high price even now he is recognized as the most expensive player ever bought by them but Openda is very talented player so the price is equal to his talent

From Germany to French, it's confirmed now and Loïs Openda can have a good performance in Leipzig. however, the thing about this player and Leipzig is he is now the new record for Leipzig with 35m however I was not expecting to see Leipzig didn't hire a player at this price before. Openda can surely help his team in the champions league the next season.

From Germany to French
✂️

you probably mean it the other way around Grin
and the fact that leipzig was able to spend this record amount (€38 million) on LO can be inferred from the fact that they also have some big-name departures to report this summer.
Dominik Szoboszlai for €70 million to fc liverpool, Christopher Nkunku for €60 million to fc chelsea and Josko Gvardiol will most likely move to english champions manchester city for ~€100 million

If we talk about positions then all of these players have at least one substitute, if not several ones apart from Mahrez. We know also that Mahrez didn't participate a lot in the previous season and was less effective comparing to two or three years ago.
Obviously having many players leaving the club will destabilise it but Manchester City know already that a transition phase will occur especially after they won everything especially Champions League title Wink
Even so, Manchester City will not immediately become weak next season. Because Manchester City are very prepared for the transition phase they are currently experiencing, so there is still a possibility that Manchester City will continue to be strong next season, even though there might be a difference from last season when they won the championship. And in terms of substitute players, indeed it must still be there in order to anticipate unexpected things like you said that.
I think Manchester city will be aggressive after achieving the champions league title last season and ambitious with great passion to be able to get a second win in the champions league.
Maybe there won't be too many new players to be recruited, but Manchester City's line-up is already very good and the strategy pattern doesn't need to be changed.

Despite his age, Bonucci was playing very well for Juventus. It's a pity they didn't come close to signing a new contract with him. He could probably land a high paying contract with a Saudi Arabian team. There will be a lot of demand for the Saudi league this year, as they are currently buying the important names of Europe on high contracts. Maybe Bonucci has options to go to MLS.

I personally believe that the Saudi League is going to be better compared to MLS. Currently, they are providing better salaries compared to the MLS. So if he is thinking about money, I think he should go to the Saudi League. But the problem is if he wants to stay relevant and actually wants everyone to remember him for a little more time.

I think he will have to find a team that is playing in the European competition. Because I know that even though there are a lot of players going to the Saudi League, I think it will still take a little more time to get that Saudi League renowned as a genuinely competitive league. But at this age, it is not going to be a crime for him to go and choose money over career, to be honest. He is already 33. He does not have too much time left in his career, so it will actually be better for him if he chooses money at this moment.

Fabinho is an important player for Liverpool, his experience and performance at the club has been highly acclaimed. I think it's likely that Liverpool will find it difficult to let Fabinho go, given that Fabinho still has a contract until 2026.

However, it's possible that Liverpool will let Fabinho go for reasons or factors in the offer submitted by Al-ittihad and that depends on the club's financial situation, because they need to arrange a plan for long term, and team needs.

It seems Fabinho is another target for the Saudi teams just like Henderson from Liverpool. We know both players are experienced and both players were important players for Liverpool but after selling both of these two players, Liverpool can want enough money to hire younger players and I'm sure that's what Klopp wants to do for the next season.
But Fabinho is under contract with Liverpool until 2026 and with 42m and this can make him a better target than Henderson for the Saudi teams.

I don't really understand why the team seems to want Fabinho so much, I think they want to complete the line and strengthen their team. But, back to finances, if Al-Ittihad really makes a fantastic offer, it will really allow Fabinho to move for them, and I think Liverpool will be very welcome with this, considering that Liverpool could bring in another player who can replace Fabinho position.

I'm not sure but I think Fabinho is the best option Al Ittihad can have, Al Ittihad got enough money to pay for the players they want but we also know Al Ittihad can't hire better and stronger players and maybe that's why they tried to hire Fabinho. However, Fabinho is not a bad player and for Saudi teams and Al Ittihad, this player is a lot.

The Saudi League is quite likely to have many more stars coming from Europe compared to the MLS these days. Because the salary interval they have offered to such players so far has been really enormous. Even the least known player going there among the players who have so far is making a lot of money now. I don't think MLS teams would like to pay that much money to any such player that easy. They offer very high conditions to only special players like Messi and so on the most.

Hence in terms of general player quality yeah the Saudi League is or maybe has already reached a higher level than the MLS.

I still don't understand why Arsenal are still wasting time to end this deal on Rice, is almost 3 weeks and yet the deal is still not signed. Is like Arsenal is being forced to get this player Rice, well is all the making of Manchester City, they made Arsenal to go for this player and spending £105m for a player they (City) know he won't do much for them, very funny though. I just wish this player would perform more than he did at West Ham. This deal is really annoying because at the end of the day he might be an injury prone player at Arsenal. Lets see how today and tomorrow will be like, but if the deal is not sealed yet then is a big mistake Arsenal are making.
I would say take a chill pill here. Both Timber and Rice are done deals. Maybe there are some processes that is making it take time more to finally announce the signings but both the signings are done deal. I don't think that any club can hijack the deal now. Timber signing was announced today so I am expecting Rice one to be announced soon also. But all will be done before the season kicks-off for sure.

I am also quite certain that the deals are almost properly done. Maybe some paperwork are getting done right now. Arsenal will have to make sure that they are ready with the new players before the season actually starts. Otherwise, there can be problems. Arsenal is creating a really good team right now. They had performed really well in the last season. Just because of some inconsistency they were not able to win the English Premier League title. They are obviously going to try to fix that. I am also quite sure that no team is actually going to hijack any deal right now. So I think they are alright. I hope they will be able to rotate the players properly so that they don’t face any problems toward the end of the season.

I'm sure it won't be a problem if for example Mahrez really leaves in this transfer window, because Mahrez is also only focused on playing on the right wing. Therefore, of course Pep Guardiola will also adapt it to Manchester City gameplay which will be used later if, for example, Mahrez realy leaves. After all, at this moment also Manchester City has succeeded in signing in Kovacic and it seems that Manchester City are exploring the midfield for next season to be better after losing Gundogan. But regarding rumors of Mahrez departure, i personally still not entirely sure if Mahrez leaves at this moment, because Mahrez also is still under contract.
Until now, Man City still looks normal in the hunt for new players in the transfer market, only Mateo Kovacic has just officially joined them so far. Regarding Riyad Mahrez, it looks like he will be retained by Guardiola considering the vital role of the winger from Al Jazair. If Pep has ambitions to defend the Champions League title next season then I think Mahrez must stay put for next season. Even though it is reported that the Sudi Pro League club (Al Ahli) are interested in him but Mahrez doesn't want him for next season. I think the best option for him is to stay until the end of his contract and go to Al Expert next season while enjoying the end of his professional career.

It is reported that Man City has targeted 19-year-old winger Julio Enciso from Brighton & Hove Albion as a long-term option to be plotted to replace Mahrez or Bernardo Silva. It looks like there will be surprises in Man City's transfer this time if you see their movements are not being monitored by the media.

As I understand it, Kane does not sign a contract extension even after he was offered top conditions (at the level of Haaland), so Tottenham risks simply losing him in a year without any compensation. As for the statistics, I don't think they matter to him - for example, Lewandowski left Bayern even though he had chances to surpass Müller and that would have been epic. After such a long career, the number of records and various statistical achievements is such that they mean almost nothing.

Yeah, Kane doesn't seem keen on extending his contract no matter what. This is going to be his last year at Tottenham so are they really ready to lose him for free? Because I don't believe that Tottenham would be okay with losing him like that while they can get a really good amount of money for his transfer fee. They need to let him go by easing things for Bayern Munich a little more.

Bayern Munich offered €80m with add-ons the last as far as I know. Levy shouldn't resist for getting at least €100m. I think they can find a middle way at around €90m. Levy must be aware of the serious situation that they will lose him for free certainly.

Tottenham don't need to depend on Kane. They can sign an average level but good scorer also. It is all about improving their team effort be more successful at the end of the day.

There is not a need for Kane to extend his contract in Tottenham, he is still young and vibrant that has energy to play along side other teams that can assure his journey to win any cup and trophies but he has been the one that has been putting Tottenham on the map of leagues and at end of the day, they don't achieve much. Its better he remain a free agent without a remote control, he should decide and move to a new club that want him, the new contract of $400k they are offering him may be a trap.

I think Bayern Munich offer is not bad at all, and been signed for $80m offer is not a bad deal, sometimes he just have to settle down for what is available because that is the only club that has been pushing to sign him and always open to discussion, I believe that if Bayern Munich is an English club, he would by now abandoned Tottenham.

I find it to be fascinating. One can't help but feel a little frustrated that the agreement to sign Declan Rice by Arsenal has been taking so long. Even though I have to assume there's a rational explanation - possibly some rigorous cross-checking of paperwork - it still seems like a lifetime, doesn't it? Given that it appears like Manchester City's interference increased the price, the astronomical £105 million price tag may also be making Arsenal lose their composure. I find that to be almost humorous. In spite of this, I genuinely hope Rice performs better than he did during his time at West Ham and avoids frequent injuries. The Gunners may have made a serious error if the transaction doesn't close in the upcoming days

The main problem is payment. Arsenal want to pay the transfer fee in stages over several years while West Ham wanted a cash payment
Actually Arsenal risk losing their chance to sign Declan Rice West Ham could have sold him to another team if there was a better offer and cash
We don't think that Arsenal are having financial problems because so far no news about it , the solution is that Arsenal must release one of their players.

Yes, that's very clear, but on the other hand, I'm a little worried because with Gundogan leaving I think it will slightly reduce Manchester City's performance. I don't really know what steps Guardiola will take to balance his squad's game after Gundogan's departure. But so far I've heard that Guardiola has found a new alternative to replace Gundogan and is deemed suitable to fill the void, namely Kovacic. Now all clubs are carrying out various massive maneuvers for a surprising appearance next season, and most likely all Premier League clubs will not provide any opportunities or opportunities for Manchester City. I really believe Arsenal's appearance will be quite surprising in the title race in the Premier League next season.

The next worldstar is musst go from Juventus. It is Leonardo Bonucci, who has made over 500 games for Juventus. But at the age of 36 he has become too old and younger players will play more like him in the future. Leonardo to continue playing soccer and I believe that news will spread very quickly in Saudi Arabia. He would be the next world champion and superstar in the league.... so if Leonardo wants to play there. Now he currently earns around 12 million euros and is the highest paid defender in Serie A.
I think Bonucci had previously announced after his 500th appearance at Juventus that he will retire following the end of the 2023-24 season with the expiration of his current deal, since he has one year left on his contract. But, with this sudden change of course, Bonucci will have to seek playing time elsewhere if he wants to get regular minutes and subsequently captain Italy at the 2024 Euros. Last season’s poor form and injuries contributed to this departure in a way. I don’t know what will happen from here.
He ios not young anymore, he is 36 years old and the risk of injury is higher. But he has talked with Allegri and he wants to continue playing for Juventus because he has family in Turin and he does not want to leave. But if there an offer of many million euros, then maybe he will switch. Saudi Arabia is currently the best chance for that. At Juventus he was the captain of the team and now he must go, the club doesnt want him anymore.

I generally doubt they're even going to stop, you only have to look at their stats over the last couple of years. They're in second place in the league at the end of the season, if not first. The team is making history, even in the champions league they've been doing too well all this time. Of course, all this is not without credit to the coach, but still

The price tag for Juventus is around €80m and both teams can pay it

I felt that Declan Rice transfer was already a done and completed deal for Arsenal, I am surprised that it is still being talked about. Arsenal have completed the deal for Timber from Ajax who can play well in  centre-back or right-back, and of a good age of just 22-year-old but with enough experience in competitions, and according to him Arsenal has always been a club he liked so his best is expected. Arsenal need to make sure to complete the signing of Declan Rice.

Arsenal and West Ham are both playing games; West Ham want Arsenal to complete the Declan Rice deal quickly and take the player off their salary books; while Arsenal are waiting for Declan Rice to complete his holiday before they complete the biggest signing in Arsenal history. I believe there are no issues with the team and it will go through successfully.

Jurrien Timber surely be a  perfect replacement for the duo of Ben White and Tomiyasu who weren't effective at the right back position for Arsenal last season, with Zinchenko at the left back and Jurrien Timber playing at their right back, and the duo having the ability to switch to the midfield role during matches as well as dribble will enable Arsenal to be stronger and formidable, Moreso the versatility ofJurrien Timber to play left and right back as well as central is a big asset for Arsenal couple with the fact that he is just 22 years. Meanwhile Declan Rice is already an Arsenal player though yet to be unveil I think there are so me issues that needed to be resolved before his unveiling will take  place.

When it comes to economical prudence, Arsenal is known to be club that very good at it. They hate spending unnecessary money on players.
Declan Rice's deal is 90% completed and I don't think there's anything that's gonna stop that deal from going through but the thing issue is that Arsenal is waiting for the player to finish his holiday before completing the deal in other not to incure any form of loss

Vlahovic can leave Juventus if Mbappe will leave PSG or if Bayern can't buy Harry Kane.
The price tag for Juventus is around €80m and both teams can pay it

Hmm i don't really know if i would be happy as a supporter of Bayern Munich or Paris Saint Germain if my club would sign Dusan Vlahovic as their new number 9. I know that Juventus paid a very high transfer fee for him too, but i just looked at his stats of the last season and i have to say i am not really impressed with his 10 goals and 2 assists. The fact that Juventus seems to be willing to already let Vlahovic go for pretty much the same amount of money as they have paid for him is already a sign for me that Juventus also expected a better performance from him.
I personally would try to sign Osimhem or Kolo Muani instead if i were Bayern and if i could not get Kane.
