To all those who had doubts about Rice to Arsenal deal after Arsenal delaying the announcement, here is confirmation from Fabrizio Romano on twitter reporting to announcement to happen today. It was a done deal since a week and maybe they did a bit of delay due to some formalities but there was no backing away or other clubs chiming in to hijack the deal. A star signing 🌟 for Arsenal.

Now Westham United has already officially confirmed, that Declan Rice will leave the club. It is said that the transfer fee for Rice is 122 M€ PLUS possible bonus payments, so this is a really really high transfer fee on my opinion. It is not officially confirmed though where Rice is going to, but as you already said, it is only a formality to present him as a new player of Arsenal and i also agree that this is a really big transfer for Arsenal. In my personal opinion 122 M€ for Rice is to much though. His market value is 90 M€ and i don't get why you would pay 30 Million € more than that, because he only had 1 year worth of contract left at Westham.

Next season Arsenal's target should be a trophy. they looked absolutely stunning last season. and now they prepare everything better. because they know the competition with strong teams in the EPL and UCL will be very tough. Finally, this is the most awaited! After going through various hurdles in the negotiation process for his recruitment, Declan Rice is now officially part of Arsenal. Mbappe is full with a lot of uncertainties. People have been discussing him since last season, but there's no confirmation regarding his future. Mbappe makes everything become very complicated at this moment. There is so many news related to him. It's caused by mbappe has a big name at this moment. PSG doesn't wanna lose money from selling him this summer. it makes no sense for me to see PSG will let mbappe to go out with free agent. It will never happen. PSG urges madrid to buy mbappe right now but we do know that if real madrid has no money to buy him. It's caused by madrid has spent a lot of money for bellingham. I totally agree with you. Last season's lost of the league tittle to Manchester City was very painful and many persons attributed it to lack of depth in the squad. Arsenal has been very active in the transfer market and has brought in good players to help the young squad like Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber, Declan Rice and they might add one or two players before the transfer season ends. This time around, Arteta has no excuse for not winning a silverware next season. Unlike the Gunners that's known for not spending heavily on new players, this window they've spent about €186M and have also broken the club transfer record for a player.
