Ziyech is just an overrated player, he has not contribute anything to Chelsea for 3 years.
Hakim Ziyech was touted when he was signed by Chelsea, and many supporters expected his presence to be beneficial on the frontlines. However, nothing happened, and he eventually became underestimated by coaches and supporters, and even his teammates don't appear to want to align with him. In the English Premier League, we have exceptional players who were performing well before moving to England then flopped. The statistics of Hakim Ziyech at Chelsea differ significantly from those of Ajax. It's horrifying and disappointing when you see a different Hakim at Stamford Bridge. Perhaps his move outside European football would have been a new chapter in his career, but failed medical and he's currently in England.

It should be underlined that Hakim Ziyech was recruited from Ajax Amsterdam by coach Frank Lampard in 2020. During Lampard's coaching era he made 39 appearances and scored 9 goals, in my opinion this is a good achievement because he adapted well and quickly at Chelsea. The change of coach at Chelsea caused Ziyech to be sidelined and not get enough minutes to play, yes it's only natural that this happens in football because every coach has tactics and players according to his own vision and mission. When Lampard returned as Chelsea's interim coach last season, Ziyech was used again and got regular playing time, because Lampard felt that Ziyech fit well and suited his tactics. Yes, most recently he failed to change costumes because he had a knee injury problem, another fact that the SPL club reduced Ziyech's salary from the initial agreement that had been agreed. I hope he is better off going to Serie A with Juventus or AC Milan, he will get back to his best form there.

Declan Rice even beat the transfer fee of his compatriot, Bellingham, who joined Real Madrid.
They are two players from the same country playing in two different teams that have different levels of importance for them. For Bellingham, Dortmund has always been used to selling very good players from their team, but for West Ham where Declan Rice is like the most important player they have had in a while, they really valued him and needed enough financial compensation to let him go, so that is a good reason Declan Rice has a higher transfer fee. Arsenal can win the Premier League title this season. It is not impossible, I believe in the gunners always!!! We have reinforcement in defense, Midfield, we need just one more in attack. A hungry goal scorer.

Yes, it could happen for Arsenal to win the Premier League this season, but don't forget that Manchester City will never sit idly by if Arsenal want the title. Manchester City and Manchester United are the two clubs that are the toughest opponents for Arsenal to be able to rise rapidly to first place during this season. We can see that Manchester United and Manchester City are buying and selling players to be able to look stunning in the Premier League this season. In fact, these two clubs have taken players who are dangerous enough to be able to attack Arsenal's defense in the Premier League match later.

City is basically shedding its skin at this point, they know that they have Pep for some more years, and they know he can build a new team into something bigger and better as well, they are aware that they have some young core players that can stay, so now they are getting rid of 30+ year old's and getting younger players as well.
That's actually a good thing because in the end that's going to help them a lot, it will help them be better and actually grow, that way they will not suddenly start to be terrible after a few seasons when everyone is old. I haven't heard all that many players they signed, but I have heard old players that left, that's a lot better and I would guess that they are going to replace them soon enough.

Barcelona might offer Frenkie de Jong in a swap deal with Bernardo Silva. Technically they have nearly the same amount of market values so this must be the reason why Barcelona want to try their luck in this. However these players don't even play exactly in the same position. Frenkie de Jong is more like a central midfielder and he helps defense mostly as well.
But on the other hand Bernardo Silva is more like an attacking midfielder and he can play as right winger at the same time. I wouldn't expect Manchester City to be okay about losing one of their best attacking players in this way. They would rather expect an only money deal for Silva to think about it. But Barcelona's can't make such signing right now due to financial situations in the La Liga as far as I know.

Is that going to be a good deal? I know that Bernardo Silva is a very good player. But will he be able to adapt in Barcelona? Personally, I have no idea. But of course, a sign of great players is that they can adapt to almost any situation and also with almost any team. So I hope that is not going to be a problem if this deal ends up happening. I don’t think Manchester City is going to mind having Frankie de Jong on the team. But they are certainly not going to give up Bernardo Silva without getting any kind of money for him. Manchester City is currently building a team that has good chemistry between the players. I don’t think they are going to jeopardize that.

Sunday's gossip: Netherlands midfielder Frenkie de Jong, 26, could be offered to Manchester City as part of a swap deal that would involve Portugal's Bernardo Silva, 28, going to Barcelona. An interesting offer that would certainly suit Barcelona, which has no money to bring in new players. Will Manchester City accept the offer? Bayern Munich executive Uli Hoeness believes that Tottenham Hotspur and England striker Harry Kane, 29, will move to Germany this summer. It seems to me that Hoeness is too optimistic because if PSG gets involved in this deal, the story is over for Bayern. Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has agreed personal terms with Al-Ettifaq but there is yet to be an agreement reached between the two clubs for the English midfielder, 33. Another football player is going to a rich football retirement in Saudi Arabia. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is ready to move from Chelsea to Marseille, with the Gabon striker, 34, willing to lower his salary to make the transfer happen. It's very busy in Chelsea this summer. A lot of football players are leaving and the question is who is coming? Chelsea and Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku, 30, will not now join Inter Milan - who have decided against a move - with Juventus or a club in Saudi Arabia his most likely destinations. Lukaku is slowly becoming the main story of this summer. Will he become a traitor to Inter fans if he goes to Juve or will he still opt for a rich football retirement in Saudi Arabia? I don't see on earth, why Manchester city will want to lose Bernardo Silva, especially now that Gundogan has left the club to another club, Bernando Silva is currently one of the best midfielders in the world, and I know thats why Barca will want him to play alongside Gundogan who they just signed from this same Manchester city.Barcelona knows how good the pair can be together, and considering the fact that they will be wanting to fight for the Champions league trophy next season, they really need quality players who can transform a club into tittle contenders. We will all wait to see if Manchester city will allow Bernando Silva to move to Barcelona or they will keep him at the club for next season.

The Premier League is always fierce in the race for the title, it is not impossible that Arsenal can become champions after many changes have occurred and last season they played very well too, I think that is very reasonable speculation. At the moment I see that Arteta has strengthened their midfield too much but for strikers they are still lacking and there are not even experienced senior players or star players who are very influential for the mentality of the team, I think there are a few more transfers that the Arsenal team must make, especially strikers. If it's just speculation, Arsenal can be said to have the opportunity to advance to the Champions League final, but if I think about it, it's difficult for Arsenal because last season Arsenal performed inconsistently which made Arsenal fail in the Champions League and Premier League. It seems you are forgetting something if Arteta not only strengthens the midfield but Arsenal recently signed an attacking player like Kai Havertz and he is one of the players who has performed well in attack. Even so, I still doubt Arsenal next season because Man City will be stronger.

There are reports of Kyle Walker set to leave, Silva is another name which was being reported as in list of some clubs as transfer targets. Over the years, City have bought and developed lot of players. Now that some players wants to leave, I think City do have a talk with them but if they are adamant then City also allow their requests. With Gundo, they did want to continue and had given an year contract extension but Gundogan wanted a different challenge and made a move to Barca. I feel the reason why don't get overboard with trying to stop players from leaving is that somehow they feel that even if the players leave, they will find a good alternative in the market. With Silva, it will also be the same if he leaves.

They offered Gundogan 1 year. This contract was too short for Gündoğan and he lost his commitment to the team. I think City could lose more players if they don't pay attention to the contract clauses.

Reading this post my first thought was that this would be a very bad deal for FC Barcelona if they would do a 1:1 trade with Frenkie De Jong and Bernardo Silva because i thought that Silva is way older than De Jong, but i just checked that now and De Jong is also 26 years old already and only 2 years younger than Silva. So if it makes sense for both clubs and also for the players of course then a 1:1 swap of those two could definitely make sense for everyone. I don't understand though why a player like Silva that is a very important player would want to leave ManCity, which is the strongest club in the moment, for a club like Barca which is a top 10 club at the moment and not more. Maybe personal reasons because in terms of the sportive value it would definitely be a downgrade for him.

I am hearing that it is going to be a £100 million transfer with a chance of £5 million add ons. But it is certain that he is definitely going to Arsenal. And definitely a good signing. This was certainly a very expensive transfer. Arsenal will have to make sure that they can get the most out of him. Arsenal cannot end the next season without any achievements. They will have to perform better, especially towards the end of the season. I also agree that Mikel Arteta has more money in his hands now. So it will be a good decision to increase the depth of the squad. Remember when everyone was trolling Cristiano Ronaldo after he said that the Saudi league is improving and has the potential to be a really good one in the whole world? Well, it seems like Cristiano Ronaldo is the one dictating terms. He is the trendsetter.
For Arsenal, the purchase of Rice is a done deal and a great addition to the teams attack where Saka and Gabriel play from. I don't know if Arteta is willing to spend more on getting more players, he should however because last season is enough lesson already. Messi to Inter Miami is one done deal too and we hope to see how he gets to improve the Beckham's squad preceding next season. Some other great players like Luis Suarez is being sourced too to join the club and give it the boost it needs to succeed. Just as Christiano Ronaldo is a player-coach, we would see a time when all these new clubs joined by retiring professional footballers will win grand trophies. Messi is expected to be a player-coach too overtime, with the wealth of experience he has gathered and his ability to influence a teams performance. Bringing new players and spending more money is not going to ensure anything for Arsenal as long as they do not perform consistently. But I do think that they will need to improve the depth of the squad. Otherwise, if a player is injured, they will have a hard time replacing him. The Declan Rice transfer is obviously great for Arsenal. He’s going to be a very important player for the team. I actually thought Lionel Messi will go to the Saudi league and probably we will see Cristiano Ronaldo playing against Lionel Messi again. I can definitely say that the Saudi league is improving a lot. If someone asked me six months ago about MLS or the Saudi league I would have said that MLS is better. But now I have to say the Saudi league is improving rapidly and also probably better compared to the MLS. Anyway, Lionel Messi is definitely going to MLS.

They always keep the doors open to them and are also respectful towards the decision the player makes in the end. Secondly, I haven't seen City allowing a move and then regretting later on. They have world class coaches, facilities and all so it's a good place where a player can develop and if a player moves out they always try to look for strong alternatives and then develop him to become the next star of the team. It is a cycle and going through it, City doesn't faces much issues. From these transfer rumors, I understand that City management did not do enough to retain the players. I don't think contract length was the issue here. Most of the times before deciding the tenure lot of discussions is made with the player and his agents to get hold of things and tenure they want in contract extension. Also usually the players who are getting old rather prefers to sign a small term contract extension rather than a long term one. It's rare to find someone who is old and commits his last days to the current club.

What do you mean by the Saudi League is better than the MLS? In terms of all those old players going there for a lot of money when they are actually looking to relax and not play at their highest level anymore? I don't know if there is any competition where US teams meet Saudi teams, but is the SPL really ahead of the MLS or do people believe that only because players who are soon 40 years old go to Saudi Arabia? The SPL could become more competitive in the next few years as they also successfully signed coaches from Europe, but the teams from the SPL are still not anywhere near the level of the European toP teams. Maybe it would be close between the Saudi teams and the MLS, but I would not expect the SPL teams to clearly dominate the MLS teams.

They do try to convince players who wants a change but they don't push much.
This does look a little detrimental to Man City if a great player like Bernando Silva leaves. With his contribution to The Cityzen, no one agrees with this kind of decision. On the other hand, next season Man City will be a little shaky when the foundation that plays an important role in winning the treble Winner one by one only makes the opponent happy with this news. I know that Man City always respects the decisions of their players who want to leave, but right now I prefer to make an offer to stay. Because after all, this season's squad is the ideal squad I've ever seen. Besides having stability with each other, they have shown solidity and compatibility when they are on green grass.

Just because the SPL are getting more players to come join the league does not make it better already. The competition in the league is not so much and that is one of the purpose why they have invested so much in trying to bring experienced players there after Ronaldo to make it better. The new season has not yet started and we have not yet seen the effect that the new players that have been signed there will bring, so we cannot already say it is better than the MLS that is very competitive. we will need to judge from next season not when the season has not started.

I think after winning the trebble with Manchester city,Some of their important and key players are considering leaving,we have seen Gundogan leave even after City offered him contract to stay, but he refused, and we also see Kyle Waker considering leaving as well, and now it's Bernardo,I think those players are now feeling like they've achieved all they wished to achieve with City, and so it's time to make a move to another club.I won't be surprise if Pep Guardiola talks about leaving next season, because he has achieved all he wanted to achieve in the premier league with Mancity, and he is seen as the best coach in the world now.Lets see what happens in the coming days concerning the swap deal between De Jong and Bernardo Silva.

Wasn't Bernardo Silva previously linked with rumors with a Saudi league team and if this is the latest news, of course this is a good opportunity for Manchester City to get Frenkie De Jong, who is much younger. On the other hand, if this player exchange goes well, of course, their city rivals, namely Manchester United, will be very annoyed with Frenkie De Jong's transfer to Manchester City because we know the Red Devils have been eyeing this player for quite a long time. Even at the beginning of last season, since the leadership of Erik ten Hag, Manchester United still insisted on getting Frenkie De Jong until now.
