I wasn't surprised about the reports of Kepa's proposed move away from the Stamford Bridge because I knew that he'll definitely not be feel comfortable to remain at Chelsea after signing of Robert Sanchez.

Hey bro this is crazy. A few days ago I read that Liverpool's bid was big enough to make me feel confident that Liverpool could bring Caicedo to Anfield comfortably but now there is more news from Chelsea whose bid is bigger and it seems they don't want to lose their quarry.

Brighton have now reportedly given permission for a medical at Chelsea and the end of the race for Caicedo means Chelsea will have to spend 115 million to beat Enzo's previous transfer of 107 million.

115 million euros seems too high a number, and again Chelsea bought players at very high prices after the previous season buying Enzo Fernandez also at a fantastic value, and the club that was the happiest with this transfer was Brighton where they managed to make big clubs spend money to buy the players because it's not Caicedo they've managed to sell but also several other players.

We are only speculating based on the media, but it is also reported that a potential clause for him leaving in 2024 may also be included.
