Everything is not all about the money for some players, Osimhen for a truth will be a benefiting option for PSG seeing that he's a smart and  sufficient as an attacker he will certainly create an improvement in the PSG team and also make money for himself, but am skeptical if he will make a happy career in PSG not minding if Mbappe will be departing or not. My take as an opinion is he should move to Arsenal and don't be distracted by the flamboyant offers these bigger clubs like PSG and Real Madrid are offering. I haven't looked for any updates regarding Sir Jim Ratcliffe's interest in one of their strikers next summer, but it seems likely that United will focus on other options. as you said, United has a young striker but he still needs time to become a deadly striker. after all, if United don't let go of Bruno, Rashford, they can still be relied on. Apart from that, there are several other players. maybe what they will build is a midfielder, namely Pivot if the coach remains Ten Hag. and several established, strong and proven defenders. yeah, United needs that more.

Earlier today, I read a news article that suggested that Napoli and Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen will be joining Paris Saint Germaine in the summer as Chelsea have lost our of the deal to sign him but that the transfer isn't confirmed yet as Paris Saint Germaine and Napoli are in advanced talks to finalize the deal. Victor Osimhen this season haven't been as prolific as he was last season because of injury setbacks and the fact that Napoli haven't been as consistent as they were last season but that I don't think takes anything away from the fact that the Nigeria international is a great striker that possesses every needed quality to succeed in any league in the world.
If the deal is finalized, I think Victor Osimhen will make a good signing for Paris Saint Germaine especially now that Kylian Mbappe will be leaving the club at the end of the season. Amorim does seem like someone who could sustain a bit longer, Xabi was great too and I like him and as an option he would have been great, but he had just one amazing season so far, Amorim has established his system, which is a lot better if you ask me. And at the end of the day it is not about who would be the better manager but more about who Liverpool can get, and they can get Amorim.

I just always think that even though Man United will be able to spend large amounts of money to make an offer to Osimhen, it's not certain that Osimhen will accept the offer because currently Man United is in heated discussion about the bad things that are happening and talented players like Osimhen don't want to.
