I have heard the coach of Real Madrid said that they are going to give him a lot of chances in the upcoming season. I believe that's why they have not been actually agreeing with any of the offers that have been given to them for this plan. Actually, it is definitely a good approach. They have seen good potential in the state and they are trying to keep him as close as possible.

This approach is going to be successful. They are probably going to get a pretty good performance from this kid. If he is able to avoid injuries of course. What matters is that they should be considering the deal to be for long term, and if they know what they are doing then they could see him do a lot better with him building a team for his system. That's the problem with current teams, they hire a manager and before that manager installs his system to the team, they fire that manager for "failing", the manager usually doesn't get enough time to actually do something. I believe that we can't really make that type of change and we should consider getting a lot better results with better and better time.

Well, I am not totally exonerating Pochettino, he obviously has a major job to do and when there's progress he would be praised, if the reverse happens, he should be blamed. Let's just check a recap of the recent Chelsea journey and their coaches. Chelsea is known as a club that readily sacks her coaches, but I will start from the time of Tuchel.

It's true, Chelsea problems seem more complex than Manchester United, but the similarity between the two clubs lies in the fact that they both experienced setbacks. Transfer of ownership is one of the main causes, adjustments in building a vision and mission with a new owner always take time, and of course many things have changed along the way. In my opinion, that is what happened with Chelsea this season, apart from that, management policy in building the squad meant that Chelsea did not develop as quickly as expected. Apart from that, Manchester United also experienced fundamental problems like Chelsea, where in my opinion the process of transitioning their leadership was actually more uncertain, before Jim Ratcliffe finally took over.

I think the one who takes the biggest responsible is the sport director of the clubs, because they failed to put the right people in their positions that align with the plans and ambitions. Both Manchester United and Chelsea have big issue with their recruitment department considering many of their signing players perform under expectations after spending a lot of money. This is shown by the fact that their academy players have more contributions to the teams compered to new signing players.

Both clubs also have issues with their medical department. Constant injuries have hold the team back, many injuries could be avoidable if medical department work properly. All these fact show that the boards fail to put the right person for the role needed in the clubs. Manager can't work properly if they are not provided the right information and resources. However, manager are also responsible for the failing to adjust their decisions due to the situations.

Hm, I agree with you. I am not really sure what to think about that as I thought they would go for someone more established. Or someone who is more similar to the character of Jurgen Klopp. Klopp can be a volcano and he knew how to get the Liverpool fans heated up and going. I can't really have any prejudices though as I have no idea who this guy Arne Slot is except for the fact that he did well with Feyenoord. I am probably spoiled when it comes to coaches from the Netherlands as the first guy who comes to my mind is ten Hag and I think he is garbage as a coach.

By successful I don't mean that they probably won't win the league, I mean that it's been an incredibly fruitful season, Klopp has built the squad very well and whether Liverpool can keep the bar set and perform even better next season is up to them

I understand the Man United coaching saga. No doubt, Ferguson's departure has been difficult. Ten Hag is a good manager who hustles, but they just don't click. I think the scouts and dealmakers upstairs need to level up. United needs someone who understands that shirt's history and potential. Someone like Zidane or Conte with a track record and tactical brain can turn things around. I hate to say it, but change may unlock this team's potential.

Ten Hag may not belong at United. In football. A manager may thrive in a different atmosphere with a staff that suits them. Finding where you make the most difference is more important than ego. Trying a fresh challenge may be preferable for everyone if he can't crack Man United's code or develop a unit that fights for every win. Change benefits everyone sometimes.

Ten Hag is obviously not good for them currently as the team keeps slacking back and they do not stop looking confused on the pitch. All his implemented tactics and strategies aren't okay off well for him and it's safe to say that as the head of the team, he's got the greater part of the blame to bear. Also consider the coach being at fault because many times he'd make a new strategy which in the end doesn't work for them, and then thesame strategy will still be repeated in other games.

 Not just tactics, both player combinations. Why on earth would a coach still keep implementing a strategy that's failed and isn't even bulging to make corrections? He's the manager and the bigger responsibility is on his shoulder. His job is on the line and if he's been unserious about it, then he should be set to embrace a sack. They've got quality players in the team, he should be able to maximize these players.

 Zinedine Zidane would be a preferable option for them even as they're aimed towards bringing the history making boss to join the team next season. Yes, he said he's done with the managerial task with Madrid seasons ago but it won't be harmful either if he opts to play a role in the English team's growth. United themselves know how much of a good impact his presence would bring and so by all means necessary they'd want to bring the tactical boss to their side. At thesame time, watch how much of a positive difference he would make for the team. It'll testifyingly be the best decision they'd ever make though so far. But let's hold on to that whilst watching if they'd be able to make the boss join them.

Liverpool’s performances in their previous matches is the main reason why people gave up on them this season, if not they still have slim chance of winning the Premier League title just as Arsenal and Manchester City have.
Mathematically, if Arsenal and Manchester city can lose match while Liverpool win their next match, they will have another chance to see if they can win the Premier League title, but I don’t think Arsenal will afford to lose any match now. I agree that the chance for Liverpool to win EPL title is smaller now. Liverpool has wasted the chance for 3 points in 2 matches. They are defeated by Crystal Palace and Everton in the last 3 matches. I don't understand why Liverpool could lose full points in these matches. Liverpool may too underestimate their opponents, so they choose the wrong lineups on those matches.

Arsenal and Man City are competing for the title now. I think Man City has a better chance because they are more experienced team to deal with this situation. I just hope both Arsenal and Man City won't do the same mistake as Liverpool.

The market value of Guimaraes is only around €85m. I think it is too expensive if Newcastle expects for €100m. Man United must think again if they want to sign Guimaraes with €100m. It is better to keep Casemiro than signing Guimaraes with €100m. Although Guimaraes is a top player, he still can't prove it with trophy in his current team.

I had way different candidates in my mind honestly. So I must say that I'm surprised to hear about Liverpool's choice. Arne Slot has had a good run with Feyenoord so far. However he doesn't have any Premier League history.

It is really difficult to predict what he can do with Liverpool for now as a result. It isn't easy to fill the space of a coach like Klopp. However I don't want to be prejudiced. There are some Dutch players in the squad too so maybe they can help Arne Slot adapt quicker.

Arne this season did a very good job at Feyenoord which might be a consideration that he could be a good replacement for Klopp but honestly for this time as long as I haven't seen him at Liverpool I am still quite doubtful about his abilities.
Honestly I rarely see the Eredivisie except for a few matches and indeed a good situation in the Eredivisie does not necessarily end well in the EPL because the competition is still quite different in terms of quality but indeed when Liverpool have made their choice then we only need to see if Arne can really be the answer for Liverpool next season.

Arne Slot has done a great job at Feyenoord but he will definitely be under pressure to manage Liverpool. But yet he delivered with the support he had.
