To be more honest on this one, without sentiments, Jackson was really out of games last season, his performance was not up to standard and majorly was one of the causes as to which Chelsea finished where they did. Chelsea have also agreed to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United according to the same source. What surprised me the most was that Manchester United let Scott McTominay join Napoli. Personally I am very surprised by Chelsea movement in the transfer window, they seem very wasteful in recruiting many players.
